I may have sounded very rude, infact i was very rude in the post I made earlier. i was infuriarated by the way you blamed Naz. You on your side may be right. But for me it was plain rude. If someone said that to me I would be angry or heartbroken ( Maybe really immature of me).Thats why I said all those things. I feel I have put the things in a nice and polite way. And if I didn't i really apologise to you. I know you don't have any personal motive behind making this thread. I was a little perturbed seeing all the posts and had to get it all out of the system.

Just concentrate on your exams for now. I hope they go reallyy really well. And hopefully you'll not take all these things to your heart.

You do. But I fail to see how your personal opinions of me and my co-DT suggest and how they are going to make the forum better. I have no problem with suggestions or criticism being given, but I don't understand why my exams and me personally is brought up. There are a lot of behind the scenes things that I do and can't show for my activity level. The DT team is just that - a team and we all work together with different people adding different things to the mix. Isolating just one is not fair in the least. How you like us personally should not be on such threads if you want only professional results.

I really respect everyone and I don't have any intention to hurt anyone.I don't have any personal motives behind this post apart from the only aim to bring QH forum on number 1 rank on IF.

What is my fault that no matter what I do you don't find it enough - a sentiment not shared by a lot - they just aren't as vocal. I wish they were, but hey I understand.

@ Gunia u reply to pms after a week or more but if a your activity and role on the forum is questioned u are all of a sudden highly active to defend urself.

Asma, please stop attacking me when you have no proof to defend yourself. I have plenty of PMs to show where I have replied within a day or two. If I am away and have mentioned it in my siggie, then I have given due forewarning that replies won't be quick and to contact other DT members.

Please be honest to urself and tell me that have u ever given ur 100% to this forum
Just replying back to pms in 24 hours,closing the conflicting threads and managing stickies is the not the only job of DTs.Infact it's the smallest role that they have to play.

I understand the duties of a moderator very well.I have full sympathies with all the DTs and I understand that we all have a life outside IF.

I fail to understand what your being a moderator on a different site is supposed to show in this conversation? I have been a part of I-F DT in different forums in different for over 6 years. And yes, I have given my 100% to the forum with the job description I was given for a mod! However, you seem to have a totally different job description, so please do outline it for me.

But I believe that if a responsibility is taken,it needs to be taken care of properly or delegated as and when required.
Seriously,I'm very much disappointed by the kind of attitude that few people have shown on this very important thread.

I am disappointed that you considered such an important matter as a simple "halla bol" and something to plan and talk about in the open forum as a mere whim or something for entertainment.

Go on and finish 150 pages.
I'll keep on making threads like this time and again whenever I feel that things are not right on this forum.
Since I've an exam on 30th and I've just came back after giving an entrance exam,I'm not replying individually...
I don't understand why everyone is soo rigid on this forum.
DTs need to show a professional attitude at times when a member seeks some clarification.I didn't attempt to throw arrows at someone for no reason,so why am I being targeted as if I've committed a huge mistake.
I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND MUCH ANNOYED.

And please read the title of this thread once more-It's my wishlist-So I can post my fantasies about having a satisfactory work from the DTs by highlighting a few points.
I request everyone to please try and understand the basic purpose of this thread instead of taking things personally to heart and holding something against me.
I hope I can expect a mature behaviour on this thread hereafter.

I hope for maturity as well! Also, you started your wishlist saying most people agreed! So, I am wondering why it's just your fantasy now?

I've not read all of them.I'll visit this thread after 22nd otherwise it will disturb me a lot and won't allow me to concentrate much.

Like I said, good luck with your exams and hopefully you understand their importance for others as well. If you can take time off for them, I would hope you'd be okay with others doing the same.

I hope we may have a better sticky management from now...

Plz let's not talk about KAJEN.Punar Vivaah people celebrated Debonia-Gurmeet's anniversary on the PV forum but we could not.Why?
We could have had celebration thread on all the 3 forums related to KAJEN.But we cud not bcoz of gud for nothing imposed rule.What harm wud have a celebration thread brought to a forum?It would have increased the activity at a much greater pace instead.Anyways, let's leave this matter aside as well.
As far as I remember,I myself volunteered for DOTW but I've never ever received a reminder.
I volunteered for a week in March,I guess but I found another DOTW already up.So,I didn't say anything as I thought that I can make a DOTW in future.

I've done an individual assessment deliberately to remind few people that HELLO U ARE OUR DT!!
Some people wake up only by threads like this. 🤣
