If I had pointed out a flaw in the management of stickies what wrong have I done?
If I've said that few DTs don't give enough time to the forum,I don't think I'm blaming for no reason.It's a bitter truth about this forum.
I don't need a single person to support me in this aspect.
As a member of this forum,I felt that few things were not happening in the right manner and I've pointed it out.
I can be the dartboard and everyone can have their recreation time here.I've no issues coz I DON'T CARE.
I just wanted to bring few things into notice and I'm glad that people took a glance at this thread.

Everyone is so happy when the stickies become a mess and the irrelevant ones are up in the list and then if someone points it out people have fun in cornering him/her.

Why can't I ask an explanation from the DTs or suggest them a few things???
Just because I'm a mere member and they are the members of Dev Team.Seriously this is the limit.I had never ever expected such reactions from people out here.
I don't understand why Shifali is here.Time and again I've said it very clearly that I've no issues with her and I really miss her a lot.She used to reply to my PMs at jet speed which don't happen now.*Sigh*
Shifali darling do u think I believe that Dts are machines or I think that they shud be available on the forum 24*7.
Please try and understand that the mess with the sticky threads have been perpetual since the past few weeks.Also, why is it so that for every small things the members have to remind the DTs through pms.I hardly remember any work done here without sending pms to the DTs.
And yeah!! I'll targte the DTs 4th time too if things don't happen properly here.
If I had not talked about MOTW,it would have been still missing from here coz u thought that it cud be compromised over other activities which was really not fair.I don't want to talk about the past but just wished to cite an example...
Why can't people talk business at this forum sometimes???
If this thread was about forum management,then how come has it been turned towards the shortcomings of this post and things from my side which are not acceptable to others...
this thread was about the active role played by Dts on the forum and about the mismanagement of stickies.
Can we please stick to the actual content of this thread everyone???And yeah people who still wish to corner me may note that I'm not going to respond at all.silence is sometimes better than speech and I'll stick by that because if I'll type,I'll explode and might sound a bit harsh as well.
I don't wish to offend anyone and I think this post has offended many people.So I'll prefer to be silent on the unrelated matters of discussion w.r.t the topic during conversations between people on this thread.

I do not have a complete idea about what debate has occurred here that this thread has reached 16 pages.
I just have a slight idea about it.

I have only replied to things you have said to me or in general about the moderating.

And I am not shooting arrow at you, yet every response you have made (even to someone else) has a taunt towards me. I haven't said anything back because I want to try to be mature about this. But ignoring me and making fun of me is not mature in the least.

You did not only point out problems with the stickies and stuff. You have used this thread to personally hurt and insult members of the DT. If the personal remarks weren't there at all (in any of your posts), then you would be able to ask this question.

And if you did not have time, why did you choose to make this thread at such a time? Last time when you made the thread, I was away for exams and it even said so in my siggie box, yet I was not given time to explain myself at a more convenient time. Why are the expectations different from me? Am I not a person with other obligations? Or feelings for that matter?

Gunia, one of the most unbiased DT member of this forum.. Not only on this forum but whole IF, I am her fan and If I do any kind of mistake, she warns me .. That proves her sincerity towards her Job..! So before targeting her, see what you are and don't drag her unnecessarily on this discussion !

Second Gunia has been inactive on this forum for quite long time due to exams and I understand her problems.
I think I never called her partial.

For NL,MOTW,banner,etc,etc our beloved DTs never took initiative.We had to remind them about such important issues.
This is not an unnecessary discussion.If u don't know about the scenario over here,I request to first acquire complete details about the whole situation and then support someone.

Plz let's not talk about KAJEN.Punar Vivaah people celebrated Debonia-Gurmeet's anniversary on the PV forum but we could not.Why?
We could have had celebration thread on all the 3 forums related to KAJEN.But we cud not bcoz of gud for nothing imposed rule.What harm wud have a celebration thread brought to a forum?It would have increased the activity at a much greater pace instead.Anyways, let's leave this matter aside as well.
As far as I remember,I myself volunteered for DOTW but I've never ever received a reminder.
I volunteered for a week in March,I guess but I found another DOTW already up.So,I didn't say anything as I thought that I can make a DOTW in future.

I simply wish to see QH on no. 1 and for that I feel that Dts need to be much more active than they already are since day 1 of QH.there have always been a few exceptions in the DT team and I think I don't need to take names anymore here.We all know the performance of all the DTs,isn't it?😆

Aarathi is tulip 😳

Well the PM about the NL not continuing was followed by another one the very nect day that Aarathi would be handling the responsibilities and ever since Aarathi has been spot on with the NL and to say that now Jyo is back hence all the segments of the NL will fall into place is not being fair to Aarathi at all who despite all odds has done such a neat job and because I have seen her ground work thus i can say so with full confidence .About the anniversary thread issue Gun has already answered that so I wont go there and the DOTW PM well I did get one from Gun herself so your comment leaves me surprised

Asma no one will misunderstand you if you dont misunderstand or rather mis judge them just because you have certain expectations out of them which may not be justified and there is a way to go about everything and you should be careful with what you write cause it reflects upon you as a person (I am saying this more as a friend and less as a DT member )...like you are a human being so is the person on the other side and you should always take that into consideration first up

The DT is a team and this forum and us together are a big family where people may have different views but they will always have that certain respect and love for each other ..I hope u will keep this in mind when u post stuff 😳

My last post here:- its just a mu that Gunia isn't active but ya i see her over here though not like RD.that doesn't mean anyone is attacking her as this has created cz of missconception.it can be easily sorted out like on morning IST Gunia usually closes many topics which are reported.i know this cz i see her on morning time most.u can divide the other work on RD like topic closing 1 DT,sticky handling 1 DT,permission 1 DT,urgent pm 3 online DT ll close which ll remove all the confusions.sorry 4 bing rude

Hey everyone,

We understand you have concerns with regards to the forum and have right to express your views however that doesn't mean you will attack any member ( DT members or forum members). You can put your thoughts/suggestions but avoid targeting anyone as it will divert the attention from main problem. We would look into the suggestions/concerns discuss with the team and try our level best to sort them but again time and patience is needed. We cannot expect changes over the night hence give it some time.

Gunia, Pooja and Jyoti have along with Roshni have explained the forums condition so I am not going to repeat it again. However there are few concerns we need to address out:

1)Its wrong to accuse the DTs with regards to the forum activities. They are here to moderate the forum and make sure the forums decorum are maintained. Some moderators are virtually invisible and they surface only when situations arise that do not seem likely to resolve themselves. Other forum moderators are always there and takes part in the forum activities. Its a volunteering job and keeping in mind that they do have a personal life as well so its hard for some to be active member of the forum they moderate. Another reason for why some chose NOT to be active are bias concerns. In the past, we have had complaints about DTs being biased toward certain members/fan groups and it became a big problem from the members side. So active member or not, either way- the DT will always be at the receiving end. Its the individuals preference whether they want to be active member or not hence the decision should be respected by everyone instead of targeting and blaming them.

2)From the main post it implies that |Persephone|has implemented the rules which is not the case here, its a team decision. DTs discuss it with team and when its finalized, one of the DT member post the rules so just because |Persephone| has post the rules about videobie, it doesn't mean its her own rule but rather its a collective decision.

3)Videobies has contributed a lot for the forum over the years so it will be wrong not to respect their hard work. SBB/SBS/E24/IBN segments are allowed to be posted by the members in some of the forums where the videobie doesn't upload it but in this forum (QH), Sonyfan provides it, therefore we cannot allow members to do that. Its a decision made by the site admin so if anyone has any objections, kindly contact Vijay for further details.

4)Kajen - Actors personal life has never been part of the shows discussion and it will only lead to arguments between different fan groups. We cannot allow Kajen discussions here because JW is not part of QH cast. Therefore any off screen segments with KSG post QH premier are allowed otherwise, NO discussions about them. We do have celebrity fan forum and DMG sections to serve that purpose so kindly use that.

5) Sticky - important topics are given first priority. Daily written updates, forum rules, creation gallery, picture gallery, archive mansion, video updates, off screen segments , birthday preparation (one month ahead) will be given importance and rest are up to the DT discretion based on sticky spot available from day to day.

6)Coolbies -they are the ones who provides the daily updates and thats why they were promoted as coolbies to honor their effort and work. Whether they want to contribute more or less beyond that will be their own choice. We cannot criticize them so kindly respect the forum coolbies!

Lastly, and all though it may not be transparent for the forum members, the section DT and higher DT are aware Gun is active and committed to her work. A moderator doesn't have to be active in the forum to show they are there due to the concerns mentioned above. Henceforth, any threads targeting the section DT will not be tolerated. If anyone have any concerns, use the PM service rather than questioning the moderations function here. I

@crazy4KASH_AR -. this is the 4rd time you have criticized the DTs work and went on to attack her personally. If you have any personal grudge against her, deal it via PMs instead of attacking her openly. I think there is a communication gap between you and Gunia because the majority of the forum members do acknowledge her work and she is always a PM away for any query.

Since many are concerned for the well-being of the forum and CM ranks, we request everyone to help the DT and the volunteer team by taking part in various activities that are coming. Section DT will open a thread with activities coming up and members can suggest new ideas aswell.
