I don't know why but i have a feeling that Tanveer is actual Billo Rani, bcoz last time when Rasia was talking to someone on phone about the doll, that voice sounded like Tanveer.
Having a maid work as Billo Rani for Asad family is way to easy, don't know why but I have a feeling that is more than what it actually looks like.
