Observations on today's episode - Feb 25

Bhai jaan kabhi mera baat nahin taalenge: Ayaan tells his mother Shireen that Asad will not say no to him if he asks for help regarding Rashid. I doubt this is going to happen - cause for rift...

Zoya ke saath dhoondho, woh ek hi gudiya hai: Dilshad tells Najma. I'm still placing my bets on the Zoya being the doll theory. Even back then, Najma was associated with the doll - this is a stretch but did the two girls meet back then?

Taking sides: Zoya sides with Dilshad and not Asad - that's clearly going to upset Asad. It did. I think it's going to bring Ayaan and Zoya on the same side at some point.

At the other home, when Badi bi confronts Razia, Nikhat stands by her. Shireen and Ayaan are at a distance and together. Why do I feel at some point that Razia is going to manipulate the matter in such a way that Shireen will doubt Badi Bi and Ayaan will side with his mom, and Nikhat with her grandma? Over thinking perhaps! 😆

Aap akele hi rahenge: Or something to that effect - Zoya tells Asad. Forewarning that if Asad continues to behave like this, he's going to alienate the ones he loves - Zoya included.

I missed the first few minutes... will add more when I get a chance to watch it again.

The melodrama is getting boring - I'm only watching for clues now to check if my theories hold

And I don't get why they play Mitwa when Asad acts rough with Zoe! 😕

@ bold red : Totally agree with you...I don't know why they play this BG everytime Asad is rough with Zoe...they should stop this nonsense, coz there was no mitwaa moment there...I wonder when they will learn 😡

Good observations Adeeti. Actually I kinda enjoyed today's episode. Asad-Dilshaad scene, asad- zoya scene minus the grabbing- totally not needed, nor mitwa. Loved asad--Ayaan scene. They are laying the foundation for changing relationships. Also looks from recap Razia will get the gudiya. So, I agree zoya is 'our' gudiya

Thanks Sangeeta.

I was dreading the whole manhandling bit. Fortunately it wasn't rough. I liked that she told him to stop. The only pain point was the mitwa tune in the bg.

Another thing to note: Zoya asked Asad "who am I?" The unsaid words (to you) I think at some level, she realises she is emotionally dependent on him. Has she processed and analysed his reactions to her? Does she realise how she affects him?

Relationships changing for sure!

Will watch the epi again.

I dont know if this has been mentioned but I was re watching the first episodes and I was watching the bit where Asad and Ayaan see Zoya crying.

Asads sitting there alone and then they show Zoya and when he first sees her everything stops, the music stops and the wind whooshing sounds plays before the music continues. Hes staring at her and then red petals start to fall. As everyone knows red roses symbolise love and since they were falling on both of them it symbolises they will love each other.

And then its just them two on screen and in the shot and then later Ayaan comes in the shot which kind of symbolises that this is Asad and Zoyas love story but Ayaan might come between them. Also the fact that Ayaan doesnt get such intense shots with Zoya (like the wind blowing and everything stopping and petals) shows that it isnt his and Zoyas love story but Asad and Zoyas and he'll probably be the person that comes between them like he interrupted there shot.

Also that scene where they saw her foreshadowed how differently the brothers deal with things. When she starts to compose herself and almost looks up, Asad closes his eyes and starts praying because he doesnt want her to realise that hes staring whereas Ayaan keeps shamelessly staring and even gets up when she does and goes after her. This I think shows there different ways of dealing with the love they feel for her, Asad will try and hide it but Ayaan will go after her and be open about it. Ayaan is looking for her but doesnt find her, Asad isnt even looking for her but ends up bumping into her. It shows that whilst Asad has his eyes closed and is in hiding, Ayaan might go after her and try to win her heart but be unsuccessful but even though Asad will be hiding his feelings, he'll end up winning her heart and that too without trying. It'll be destiny and circumstances that'll make Zoya and Asad come together and love each other despite all odds.

@ Maria...you have summarized it very beautifully. We have also come to the same conclusion but you expressed it very well. Esp the rose petal part- i didn't pay attention to that part

That's why I love the dargah scene...each time I get something new out of it

Great observation maria

In today's scene between Dilshaad and Asad, did anyone notice the book on the shelf in the background?

The title was WAR. Very apt for the current track.

This is one of those times I feel
like we're over analyzing lol. What you said makes sense though. Asad is
closer so he gets to be the one closest to her and Ayan can only love
her from afar, i.e. without any real closeness to her. Zoya will only have
that deep bond with Asad, no one else.

I just love love love this thread! I get a real kick out of foreshadowing and finding symbolism. I'm definitely following this post.

😆 JP we def are over analyzing some of these!! I still think Ayaan sitting further Away was intentionally symbolic but maybe that's my subconscious being despo about AsYa. It's fun though! 😆
