It is clear that Sana has some feelings for Rizwan, may be she loves him and her jealousy can be seen whenever Rizwan says "meri biwi, meri biwi"
she can play constructive/destructive role in IShreet's love life
Destructive - if she turns out to be obsessed lover she will create ruckus in IShreet's life
if after knowing truth Preet gives Ishaan a chance to improve then she will create difficulties for them to make sure Preet never forgives Ishaan and thows him out of her life
Constructive - She can be a cupid...yes, sana as cupid 😆 she can slip on the information to Rizwan that he has been misguided and been misused, similarly she can let Preet know all about Rizwan and help her in understanding Rizwan's ghostly past
