On the whole it seems like actors are settling down into the roles they are most comfortable with - this is the first time I was seeing Monica Khanna (Payal) play a positive bubbly girl and she seems to have reverted back to the kind of roles she's always played. Or probably the CVs had to change her character because they didn't want any competition for Disha Parmar.
During Kaira's marriage sequence I always felt that Monica outshone Disha. she looked more stylish and pretty.

Hehehe sorry for spamming your post 😆 Hmmm... I didn't really like the other Payal too much either 😕 I don't think Monica would have been competition for Disha because I always found Disha much much prettier. With style the actors didn't really get a choice of what they wore but personally I always preferred Disha even though Monica is also really pretty 😊

No issues :) spam as much as you like. The idea is to get our rank go up, so if you like chatting here, feel free to do so :)

Btw, I always disliked vapid, simpering females - which is what Pankhuri's character was like. I have a weakness for sassy women - which is why I absolutely adore Avantika and liked the earlier Anisha Maasi (loved her one-liners); even Payal was good when she would taunt Rubel and Sheela (but not this current avatar of hers).

With Style yes sometimes the creatives do give them guidelines on what kind of clothes to wear, but I feel that actors (if they are senior enough) do have a choice on what they wear. Ramola Sikand was as much a creation of Sudha Chandran as Balaji. Even with our own Avantika - Mansi Salve is personally involved in creating the look.

Between Disha and Monica - I feel that Monica's sharp features and a certain manner that she carries herself go a long way in contributing to her looks. Monika's shoulder patches on the sarees are a throwback to the ridiculous strings Latika used to tack on, but Alefia could not hold herself the way Monika does.

Yeah...was nice to see the change in Adi!😊 Nakuul acts really well in such emotional scenes and I guess from now on his character will be like this only! Though I loved the earlier cheerful, carefree Adi...😳😔

@Nisha & cupcake LOL!!! 😆You both went totally off-topic!😆 RuRu ki shaadi! Hahahha too funny...🤣 And yeah...Rubal ki kismat mein aisi wives hi likhi hai...bechara!

I love this Majnu Adi. He is doing a great job as an emotional and grieving lover. One could say he is in denial and another can say he is hopeful. I think Harish and Avantika have each taken the opposite view. The amazing part is that Avantika turned out to be the women of faith. She wants Pankuri back and she is not ready to give up. I love this Avantika. Mansi is doing a great job showing the silent grief of Avantika. We always knew that once she started to love Pankuri, she will be the one who loves her the most. Avantika is a women of deep feeling and once she loves you, it is for good! She adored Pankuri and she cannot accept that she is no more! "Miss Practical" Avantika is not being practical at all! I love it.

Adi is grieving too, but he wont just sit there and wait. He will look in every Valley and every hill till he finds his lost love! I love this Adi. Emotional but not a fool. He just has faith!!

Rubel... Hate the hair, but love the guy. You can see a quiet grief in Rubel. He is not the guy he was before. He has taken up all the responsibilities of work. He is overworked and tired. He doesn't even have the energy to shout anymore!! He gets no support from his wife. He is sad and lonely. He has not only lost someone he loved (Panku), but he has also lost his brother. Adi who he relied on so much is nowhere near him and he is on his own. He needs Adi. I feel so bad for this guy.

Payal... What the hell? She has turned into a bitter socialite who has only 1 priority in life. Being seen on Page 3. Her lack of care towards Rubel is really getting to me. I was willing to cut her some slack, till I saw how dismissive she was of Rubel being ill. She keeps pushing him away and she pushes everyone in the family away. A VERY rude awakening is on it's way for Payal!!

Sheila is funny as always, and she is trying her best to be positive and to move on. But the weight of grief on everyone is very clear. Anuj too is a shadow of his former self. The Deewan's are lost without Pankuri. She was the glue that bound them all together after years of conflict. They love each other, but the grief of their loss has torn them apart!

The leap has been handled very well!! Ayesha... I am still trying to figure out what I feel about her. But she is very cute. That much is clear! :) I do hope that she is Pankuri!! Kyon khi Pankuri ke Bina, yeh dastan adoori hain!! But I do like strong females and I don't like "do gooding sacrificial lambs". That is a part of Pankuri I didn't enjoy much. So even if Ayesha IS Pankuri, I Hope she retains her "Ayeshaness"!!
