In a dark corridor , Danish is standing behind a pillar and talking on phone. He looks visibly disturbed and preoccupied. He looks different from his usual nice and jovial self.
Danish ( on phone )- Mr. Raichand, have faith in me. I am going to keep my word, trust me. I will not let you down'.( terrified )' no, no, don't do that! Please!
Anushka who is passing by and stops on hearing Danish's conversation. She closes her eyes and clenching her fists she hears Danish clearly by using her powers. She is taken aback to hear what Danish has to say.
Anushka ( to herself )- What has Chand asked Danish to do? Why is Danish so freaking scared? Has he found out that he is working for vampires?
Danish ( punching his hand into a wall)- What a colossal mess! What a MESS! Why didn't I know all this beforehand? How am I going to get out of this! Save Abhay or save myself and my relationship with Pancchi!
Anushka suddenly shows up around the corner and looks darkly at a stunned Danish.
Danish ( taken aback)- Anushka! Whoa! You scared the hell out of me.
Anushka ( studying his shivering hands and throbbing pulse )- You do appear scared, Danish. What are you doing all alone in this dark alley?
Danish ( looking away)- N-Nothing , nothing at all. Just excuse me. I will see you around.
Danish almost runs away and Anushka just stands there'
Anushka ( shaking her head )- I can read him. He is clearly lying. But why? And what has saving Abhay got to do with Danish and Pancchi's relationship. And how exactly is this man going to protect the supernatural and from what?... I need to speak to Abhay about this!

Misha , Kabir, Anushka, Pancchi and Danish are in the auditorium making final preparations for the Romeo-Juliet play. Abhay, Sambhav, Maya and Piya are nowhere to be seen. Kabir and Misha are looking at the list of props , Danish is reading through final copies of the play's script and Pancchi is checking the costumes. They all seem in great hurry.
Pancchi ( losing her head )- EEEEEEEEEEEEKS! An orange jacket ? You are going to make Abhay wear an orange jacket? He will burn you on the spot with his glare.
Volunteer ( timidly)- Not my fault, Pancchi. T has finalized the costumes for Abhay.
Misha ( jumping in)- T? Does she herself know the difference between a doormat and a scarf ? She is taking her role of Abhay's girlfriend too seriously! Abhay and orange is like Mallika Sherawat and Michelle Obama.
Kabir throws back his head and laughs.
Kabir ( coming forward )- Chill, everyone. I will handle Abhay's costumes and the play is still 2 days away , and we have time.
Pancchi ( rolls her eyes )- Don't be too sure, Kabir. It is not like you and Abhay are best of friends and I think I will ask Abhay to do his costumes in the colours that he likes. No energy to argue with him.
At this, Anushka interrupts.
Anushka ( smiles )- Don't worry. Nobody knows Abhay's taste better than me . I will help out with his costumes '. And you better hide this orange jacket because if Abhay finds out that his girlfriend chose it , he will strangle her with it on the spot.
Misha ( dramatically )- Ah, what a dreamy sight!
Everybody laughs except Danish and Anushka looks at him deeply. He avoids her eyes.
Just then, Tracker comes running in'
Tracker ( screams )- GUYS! Drop everything and come out! Piya has gone mad ! Look what she is doing!
Everybody is stunned and Danish looks alarmed.
Misha ( patting Tracker's back)- Halt Rajdhaani Express! What happened?
Pancchi ' What has Piya done?
Tracker ( huffing)- Police' she has brought police on campus. They have come to arrest Abhay!
Danish ' NO!
Misha ' WHAT?????????????
Anushka ( furious )- Is she out of her mind?
Dropping everything , they all run out of the auditorium'.

Abhay is standing with his arms crossed across his chest ' cool, calm, frigid. Piya and Maya are standing in front of him while police questions him. The Principal looks anxious and helpless. The whole college crowd is gathered and is watching with bated breath.
Inspector ( harshly )- Mr.Abhay Raichand , there is a complaint of physical abuse and mental torture against you. Filed by Piya Jaiswal on behalf of Miss.Maya.
Abhay doesn't say anything.
Principal ( scared )- Inspector , you cannot arrest Abhay. He.. he has done nothing. He cannot do any such thing.
Piya ( argues )- Sir , don't go by his innocent face. He is a sick guy and a compulsive abuser.I have been a witness to his harassment of Maya.
Maya is only looking down and crying.
Just then, the gang arrives on the scene and a livid Anushka who has heard Piya goes raging and ranting at her.
Anushka ( coming to Abhay's defense )- Piya Jaiswal! How dare you? How dare you do that to my brother !
Piya ( lashing back)- Ask your brother! Ask him what he has done?... He has been ill-treating Maya ' his girlfriend! He has physically abused her and he' ( realizes the crowd is watching )' well, he deserves to be punished.
Abhay says nothing and just observes the scene. Kabir , Misha and Pancchi also join in while Danish just hides in the crowd.
Misha ( baffled )- Abhay! Abhay is that guy?... ( blinks her eyes at Abhay)'but.. but did you really do that? I know that you are rude and pretty thick-headed but'. You did that?
Abhay ( shrugs his shoulders )- Well, that is what Maya and Piya say I did.
Maya wants the ground to open up so that she is swallowed and cannot meet Abhay's eyes.
Kabir ( disgusted )- Abhay, how could you go this low!
Abhay ( rolling his eyes )- No idea, dude. Why don't you ask your girlfriend? She knows me better than I know myself.
Kabir ( getting aggressive )- Shut up, Abhay! You should actually be locked up in jail.
Pancchi( disappointed )- Abhay, I never expected this from you. I know you are cold and harsh.. but an abuser?
Abhay ( looks away )- I have no explanation to offer , Pancchi.
Pancchi looks very upset and she goes away.
Anushka ( looks at the inspector )- What are you going to do, inspector ?
Principal ' Please don't arrest him. Maya will take her complaint back.
Piya ( strongly )- No , she will not! What are you doing, Sir? Instead of supporting your student who needs help, you are trying to save Abhay because his parents are rich and powerful?
Principal ' Shut up, Piya.
Anushka ( tearfully )- I am not going to let this happen ! I am calling Mr.Raichand rightaway!
Abhay ( objects )- Anushka, CHILL' ( looks at the inspector )' Don't waste your time, Sir. You are here to arrest me' ( raises his wrists )' arrest me and be done with it. Too much drama , I tell you.
The inspector handcuffs Abhay and Anushka is devastated.
Inspector ' Come along, Abhay.
Abhay looks at Piya.
Abhay ( smiles )- You remember the deal, Jaiswal.
He winks at her and coolly goes off with the inspector. Maya turns on her heels and runs inside crying and Anushka glares at Piya.
Anushka ( in a seething tone like Abhay's )- Piya Jaiswal, you are going to pay heavily for this. You have sent my brother behind bars and trust me, you are going to regret it every single day of your life!
Piya backs away and Kabir comes to her rescue.
Kabir ( coldly)- Instead of threatening Piya, you should tell your brother to behave like a human-being.
Anushka ( with teeth clenched )- You guys can only hate Abhay. What else can be expected out of you'. Human-beings. And trust me, he is much better a monster than you are as human-beings.
With this Anushka rushes out of the college and as she goes, a tree right behind the gang falls and they all scream. Danish disappears from the scene.
Piya ( looking at the fallen tree )- H-How the hell did that happen'..
They all look at that fallen tree ,horrified.
Tracker ( scared )- It is almost as if the tree was as angry as Anushka'
Kabir ( in shock )- That was a totally' a totally different Anushka'.
Piya ( worried inside )- Are they going to hurt Abhay at the police station?.....Ughs! Why am I worried. Maybe he needs some punches to get his brain back' humph.
