At first I gave it a benefit of a doubt that she's favouring Aakash as a form of rebellion towards SP's rejection/indifference but now I highly doubt that's the case. I feel blood is everything for her and she's starting to reject Yash because not only he's not her blood but he's the product of her husband's infidelity. Each time she sees her, she's probably reminded of her husband's betrayal..
