I was just wondering if Bone marrow transplant is so easy?

Can anybody shed some light on this?

and after donation walk away from hospital so easily

BM are some stem cells dear, it can be easy to transfer i think.

As far as I know bone marrow i think can only be transplanted from a sibling or cousin( 1 St cousin) ...not kids...I may be wrong hopefully the creatives have got their facts checked...

I think it should be a complicated process...a mere blood transplant too requires too much of in-depth testing and anaylsis
