@Indu: Phew...Thanks. 😊 Actually, now that you approved I can let the cat out of the bag. This piece didn't start out as a stand alone and I had a story mapped out for teenage Palak and Ansh, but if I write it I have to think of all kinds of out-of-canon things like whether Aarti and Yash have more children, as well as what happens to Prateek and Paridhi, and their kids as well. I don't know if I want to stretch that far beyond the current story... but then I am tempted because I want to explore Palak, Payal and Ansh more. Still thinking...

@Jyo: Thanks! That is exactly what I wanted to show, that Palak and Ansh will never stop competing with each other, but the way they do it can become so different. I have a feeling when these two sort things out they really will be the best of friends, most of the time. 😉😆

@Z: Even I loved the whole principle and AarYa convo .. it was quite nicely done and for once the principle was not accusing both but was trying to explain them the real issues which I liked 👍🏼..Even though precap is disturbing but so far precaps hv been mostly misleading and since they gave it away in the precap already that Aarti will b blamed again by Yash , so I m hoping that it turns out to b fake to expose bua so that the theory of misleading precaps can continue further 😆😆😆😆
@Kirti : Fab take 👏👏👏...Principle's words will b forever etched in AarYa's mind hopefully because even they know principle spoke the truth 😆...when Yash said we dont fight , there was a hesitency in his reply because he too knows its a damn lie 😆 .. When Aarti said yes about the question of love , she was completely uncomfortable because she too knows its a damn lie ... so even though both dont admit their mistakes in front of principle , at least now they know what is the root cause and what is the solution 😛...but again in precap Yash is blaming Aarti in front of family thus giving upper hand to bua 😡😡..if its a fake act by Yash to expose bua , then fine or else if Yash does not start trusting his wife in these matters , then he too should stop expecting that Ansh and Palak will ever understand each other 😡
@Borna : about precap , if Yash is putting up an act to expose bua , it will b pleasant surprise for all but if Yash is really blaming Aarti , then I hope truth comes out in front of Yash and he eats up his words badly this time 😡😡...I dont want the repeat of kangan fiasco again where Aarti comes to know the truth about bua but decides to remain quiet and bua goes scotfree 😡...So it will b better if this time Palak only spills the beans about bua to Yash directly since Bua told Palak everything about her plans last week ...
@Phal : Nice take 👏..I agree Gurmeet looked fresh in yesterday's episode especially in that mandir scene 😳😳

It would have definitely been more gratifying if the principal had asked the questions you mentioned. A much simpler solution that loving each other would be if they just talked to their kids, something that Aarti used to be great at, which is why Ansh took to Yash, on deepening levels, so quickly. But the dunce doesn't even know her own power and gives her hero, Yashji all the credit. Aside from being painfully corny, that is dangerous because it shows how little she understands what actually worked for her kid in this whole process. Like we were discussing over the weekend, it worries me that Aarti's worship of Yash is coming in the way of her solid parenting chops pre-marriage, same with Yash, though his chops were not quite as solid.

@Sam: Pulling your leg in all seriousness! 😉

I agree. And it is not that Yash is consciously wanting Aarti to agree either. She's doing it all on her own. I do hope they have a conversation on their way back and come to a conclusion that it is an 'adult's' mischief that needs to be exposed.

But knowing Yash, I'm sure he'll be seething all through the drive and then vent his anger on Aarti.

@Jyo: Thanks. 😊You know in our society, not knowing how to tend to your child is deemed as a failure...nobody seems to realize that parents can be total illiterate where handling a child is concerned and that even they need guidance and experience. A child comes with lot of learning to acquire...even the husband/wife have to redefine their relationship. But yes, in a remarriage with children, the process is difficult because the entire journey takes a reverse connotation. Here too AarYa became parents first...fine...but their parental journey will stay incomplete if they don't become husband and wife in the true sense (and I mean true sense)...It's only when they shred the last bit of hesitancy between each other will they be able to think with one mind and love their kids jointly. I hope I made sense...and didn't sound too muddled (too many thoughts eddying in my head).😕

@Samana: My waiting has already begun...👍🏼

@Jyo: Thanks...

But at least at the point when the principal reminded Aarti of her earlier promise and then says Palak hasn't shown any improvement, he ought to have mentioned Payal. It would have been a natural thing to do. But if he didn't, Aarti should have enquired. (Yash too, but he's a bit slow when it comes to thinking on his feet). As parents, wouldn't it make sense to do so, even if they were called for Ansh's and Palak's fights?

@Sam: That is kind of the first serious fan fiction you've written barring the one you did with that phone call between Prashant and Yash.
I loved it as it reads like a novel. It reminded me of some of the young adult novels.👏

@Red: Thanks! I am going to make a new thread for the story. If you wanna transfer your questions there, I would be happy to answer them. I actually thought about what you said for Ansh, but came upon the lawyer thing for specific reasons pertaining to the story in the long run, which I am thinking about actually writing now...

@Usha: Thanks!

@Angel: Yes it is. The Y/P doesn't count! It was just a piece of whimsy. I am glad you liked it and thanks for the huge compliment!

Now I'm wondering where Payal was all this time. Does she go to dance classes and is she into fashion and creative stuff? I'm curious to know where she was the whole time this story was taking place!😆😆

One more question will Ansh be fighting with Palak for Dhristi's attention?😈
