@ Maham, your last para about the pre cap, I totally agree. I didn't see anger either. If there is anger on Yash's face I feel it is for the feelings Aarti is awakening in him. I suppose we will have to wait and see how the pre-cap plays out.

What you said, make absolute sense, now Arati is sort of fed up of running behind Prahant and is waiting for Yash to come and rescue her which he started to do unconsciously. But yes, Yash is still going behind Arpita and not to loose his way he even made his room her shrine. But now as he has a third person, in the form of Arati who needs him more whereas Arpita is far away from him. So, slowly Arati's presence will bring him back from his wandering to real life.

True, Arati has started to trust Yash, even in the case of Ansh when is said, don't worry he is fine, she just accepted that even without a question, as we all know Ansh is the highest priority of Arati and when she can trust Yash with him, she will trust him in any situation.

And yes, Arati was looking absolutely beautiful in that pink sari, now as she is married also we can expect her in sarees.

@Maham: I loved your reply! And I found lots of lucid things in it. I completely agree that in one way or another, Aarti has started to make a place for herself in Yash's mind. He cares about how she will be as a mother, he cares about what she thinks and expects from him and he cares about her comfort. Bottom line, he cares. And the most interesting thing about it is that not once has it felt like Yash was fulfilling an obligation to her. He has done everything to help her of his own volition, because they both have in common, standing for what is right. This is the foundation.

I especially loved your discussion about the precap in your last paragraph. I too didn't think Yash was angry at all, only surprised at her impulsive action. In a family where everyone has two faces, and every emotion and impulse is controlled in the name of face and image, Aarti's unguarded gesture towards him must have completely winded the guy! At the same time, she is a breath of fresh air blowing into the musty room of his life. Problem is that it is going to take a while for Yash to appreciate the light and freshness of Aarti. In some ways he reminds me of Colin in The Secret Garden and Aarti is his Mary. She is not without her own troubled past but her impulsive adventurous nature snaps him out of his fake illness.

@Angake: I agree with you to some extent but I don't think of Arpita as an obstacle between Aarti and Yash so much as a path for Yash towards Aarti. If it weren't for their pasts and their PV I don't think these two would have ever shown each other the time of day. In their younger avataars, they were each to high strung and perfectly sure of what they wanted. They needed to be worn down and polished by their previous relationships to make them ready for this one.

And I don't think that Aarti is really any more ready for this than Yash is. Seeing how painful it was for her to kill Prashant tells me that she is not over him either. Though going back to him is no longer an option, that doesn't mean she has stopped loving him. She tells Shobha that Prashant had nothing for her, but not that she had nothing for him. So I don't really think she is any more ready. I think both of them are standing on either side of the precipice, with their backs facing to each other. But when they are not paying attention, a bridge is going to get built unconsciously by every day words and gestures.

The next phase will be to see what they do when they turn around and see the bridge.

@Jikky :Somewhere Yash understands that Aarti is completely new to her family and so she is more worried about Ansh and is also to some extent using Ansh excuse to somewhere start the interaction and break the ice 😉 ...so Yash is also reciprocating towards it in a positive manner by giving her the comfort that Ansh is fine and sleeping in Payal-Palak's room ...👍🏼

I too felt Yash's reaction in precap was more of a pleasant shock because in his family all r running after their image and honour 😆 ...the way Aarti showed her natural concern for his injured hand ,he was pleasantly shocked to see it coming from someone who is still very much a stranger for him 😳...Mayb he never got this sort of care or concern from his own family ever after Arpita's death ...
