I AM TOTALLY AGREE WITH GURMEET'S THOUGHT. TV INDUSTRY IS FOR ALL AGE GROUP OF PEOPLE. AND THEY CAN NOT SHOW SUCH A BOLD & INTIMATE SCENES ON TV AT LEAST. WE R NOT AT ALL FEELING COMFORTABLE TO WATCH SUCH BOLD INTIMATE SCENES WITH FAMILY. THEY HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THESE THINGS. I DIDN'T LIKE WHAT THEY SHOWED IN BALH. THIS IS MY POV...DON'T MIND PLSSS

I just feel like we are losing the indian culture by adopting too many western lifestyles. they are called "intimate" moments for a reason. It's not usually for public display! I am an indian dil se even though I live abroad and trust me, exposing children and the younger generation to all this stuff TOO MUCH and TOO EARLY is creating too many distracttions for young people and they are forgetting teh things that matter at this age - education, family, good value buildup, being a KID, etc!

I totally agree with you. I too stay abroad and i connect to what you say.As far as GC is concern There were no lip Locks really even though they made it seem like and as for as intimate is concern every thing was in limits nothing over done. it was just romance.I love the fact that he is concerned about his audiences.

Well, recently these articles questioning TV actors have started coming after BALH episode. Media has created hype about the same, so I'm sure these actors understand that intimate here, specifically means kissing.

Even I'm not in favor of getting kissing scenes in tele soaps, as we watch them with our family whereas we watch films either with friends or alone.

There is a big difference between kissing scenes and dancing in rain or going shirtless(if scene demands) or consummation scenes that are shown in tele soaps
(leave out BALH, I don't watch that show, so cannot comment)

And some one who mentioned about GHSP. I disagree
All GHSP scenes are romantic(excluding only one bathroom scene of Maan Geet after their marriage).
For the first 8-9 months, I have seen that show with my family and ya, Roop Tera Mastana was hot & romantic but not awkward to watch with family.

Here, intimate is particularly pointing to kissing scenes. So audience should be kept in mind

Yeah i totally agree with you and that's what i was trying to say...But fans who are favorable to the actors can find any scene sober but not cheap, if the same scene did by their favorite actor then people would definitely support it saying that it's a profession of an actor and if the story demands then they have to do any thing and it's not intimate blah blah blah. So better to ignore such comments. The awards what actors are getting is a proof of their appreciation of their work, professionalism, talent and dignity they maintain among the viewers...😊

I personally feel, actor's take their decision based on the demand of their project, script, as & when they face it.
Moreover, such short interviews come from so many websites each day, where in, statements contradict. I feel at times, only believe what you see or hear in a video, not any written interviews. The other day there was a Telly chakkar article on same topic but was removed as they are not allowed on IF. Statements of PV leads from that article :

Gurmeet Choudhary, who is currently seen as Yash Scindia in Zee TV's Punar Vivah, is not sure whether he will kiss or not.

"Frankly speaking, I have not seen the consummation episode of Bade Achhe…but I know people are talking about it. I am no one to judge whether someone should kiss or not. Personally, I have not thought about it. If someday I am asked to kiss on screen, I will think at that point of time," averred Gurmeet.

Gurmeet's co-star Kratika Sengar on the show is also wary about getting too close on screen.

"Sakshi Tanwar is a very senior actress and if she went ahead and kissed on screen, then she might have done it after weighing everything. She knows the ins and outs of the industry. However, I am not too comfortable with the idea of kissing on screen. It is not the issue of my parents feeling bad or not, but I am just not cool with it," said Kratika.

Oh good, Gurmeet's answer from the previous interview made me feel a bit nervous since he seemed unsure about liplocks, but it seems as if he has decided against them in this one, which is good.😆😊

Now I can be a fan of Gurmeet in peace, but I just can't like actors who do liplocks.😳
