same at tht time this was did by PRC eloping sanyo very different and courageous thing which normaly in tht times even Kings cannot do tht done by PRC Kings most probably do as their parents or grandparents said them to do or said them to marry who they have decided
But PRC didn't did tht he just fllown away after hearing and watching/seeing sanyo's beauty tht makes this Kings story a Luv-Story or shud we say Different Story of his life who was Brave more than other kings of India and Ruled India more than other's
AND + he'z popular for his different luv-story which known as very famous luv-story among all histories luv-stories Prithviraj-Sanyogita Luv-Story😳

I do agree and even after falling in love, they used to meet each other. Prithvi is popular for his bravery as well as unique love story.

Falling in Love is not a mistake and it can never be. True love fortifies u. True Love ll never come in ur way of duty or responsibility. On the contrary, it will make u realize, what u should do? (say for example Aditya from JWM😳)

Anyways, about Pri-Sanyo, in the first place, whether there was Love or infatuation between them, i really doubt, after knowing so many things from raso. I don't want to hurt anyone, but this is what i feel.

Looking at the poster or w/o meeting, how can anyone fall in love with anyone, is my first question😕. I think Sanyo fall for Pri first time looking at his power and fame and Pri fall for her beauty. May be love had developed later in them, but they got carried away and specially Prithvi...... which was his biggest mistake.

Also Sanyo did not do anything. There were lot of things she could have done, patch up relations between kannauj and Delhi, reminding Pri of his duties. Pri ke kandhon se kandhe milake, rajniti hi khelti. In those days women had much more respect and freedom. But nothing she did...... I dunno there must be some other reasons or some majboori who knows? But sadly she is one of the reasons for his downfall 😭. I read, first battle of tarrain took place before Swyamvar and Pri won that.👏 But he became too complacent after that, this is my view. Sometimes acceptying defeat may also bring victory to u and somtimes not showing mercy may save u.

Prithvi was no doubt brave, very good human, excellent warrier, but very weak from heart, which became his biggest weakness. A King should understand and play politics well. Politics should be given first prority and then other relations. I think Prithvi failed to Prioritize things. 😭

Wife and most importantly a queen, plays a improtant role in such isssues, which Sanyo did not fullfill completely. She did warn Pri about Ghori, but Pri too ignore it.😭 Anyways Jab kuch hona hota hai toh insaan ki soch bhi waisi hi ho jati hai. And sadly there was no elder to guide them continuously in politics. Unka hi raj tha har jagah, phir kya... I ve no idea about his mother's role here.

So being carried away in Sanyo's beauty and all and neglecting duties due to that was his biggest mistake.😭

Guys if i m going wrong please let me know. These r my views, but i still respect pri for his shabd bedi and warrier skills and off course his good nature.😃

I think Prithvi failed to Prioritize things. 😭 to be a good politician,u must not be weak from heart or else ppl will make use of that. and yes sanyogita was prc's strength but at the same time,she was also his weakness bcoz many times he would neglect his duties just for her. eg. when kannauj-ajmer had a war,he sent his generals to fight instead of going on the battlefield just so that he would have some time with his love.

on the whole,i would conclude that falling in love with sanyogita wasn't a mistake but the mistake was to fall in love with her so deeply that he neglected many of his duties

Good points...but although Prithvi and Sanyo were attracted towards each other by looking pics but this was not all ! They then started meeting with each other before getting married...and this is how we can say that they may have started loving each other.
Secondly I dont think Sanyo could help Prithvi in helping to eatablish good relations with her father cause Jai Chand started hating Sanyogita very much for whatever had happened. For him his respect was more important...Even when Sanyogita's mom talked about Sanyo's love for the first time with Jai Chand he burst out in anger and said if some one else had spoken such words then his/head would be under my feet by now. His hatred for Prithvi was so much that he not helped Prithvi even in war...And Jaimal was continuously playing his game. On this, Sanyo can't do any thing.
