who told u this... do u hav any prove??? infact the reason for not giving the share was "india actually wanted to dictate pakistan on certain terms lyke kashmir n irrigation."

the indian leaders adopted every possible means to strangle pakistan's economy so that the newly born state shld not survive as an independent state.

at the tyme ov creation ov pak there was a cash balance ov rs 4 billion which was lying in the reserve bck.thsi was to be divided propotionately amongst the two states by a comittee.when the division was decided pakistan was to get 750 million rupees.the indian authorities refused to transfer the amount on one pretext or the other

the first instalment ov rs 200 million was piad,the rest ov the amount was stopped on the advice ov sardar patel who threatened that the amount shall not be paid..but on ghandi's insistence indian government gave another instalment ov 500 million to pakistan.the remaining amount ov 50 million has not benn paid uptil now.

1947 : India n pakistan became independent
1947 : India has to give the money to pakistan
1947 : Pakistan attacks india

so that means when india had to give money to pakistan, pakistan was attacking india... so still u people think v have to give u the money to strengthen you. its war at that time.. so defeating the enemy was the goal..
but still as u said.. on gandhiji's insistence most of the money was given to pakistan.. (even though v knew it wld be used to attack us)

thats what v r telling.. don't tell whats given in pakistani or indian books.. give a neutral source.. for the facts.. n analyse it n give ur reasons according to that..
