@dhakarn-ya i remeber d scene,n yes i agree that delinquency also considerd as a behaviour that violates d law.but u r mixxxing a anti-social act n a crime.An anti-social act can't b considerd as a crime,jay who doesn't try 2 rescue addarsh behaved immorraly n anti-social but it was not that worst 2 shakti's act...if u remember shakti kiled his unborn son intentionally n even he was not regrrecting his crime.
on d other hand jay,though he was also not regrrecting his act but still his act doesn't took nyones life....so by punishing him they can't make him realize his mistake but may b he turns more towards crime.at least now they can hope that jay will not commit ny such act in future.....
