If I may, how does Shyamji came to know Jai was remorseful and ready to be reformed? Did he he try to understand this individual before he decided that there is a scope for good behavior from this guy?
His basis for Jai's release is that IG is Jai's father and going to be his samdhi. If Jai has to respect the law just because his father was IG, he would have done it when he hit Adarsh.

why Jai's crime has to be compared with Shakthi's crimes to discount Jai? It's not about Saxsena forgiving Jai. It is about his rational and thought process which are inconsistent with his preachings. Shyamji bends his principles when it is affecting his family but sticks to his principles when it comes to others....

i understand what r u saying, agree that shayamji basis 2 forgiv jai is that he is IG'S son but still u can't compare shakti n jai's act......what jai did was anti-social but it didn't take nyones life n what shakti did was full of bad intentions....n he was not at alll regrrecting it.on d otherside jai said 2 s.s that he'll not do this in future if they save him this time..........thought he said it out of fear but shakti don't even said this 4 killing his own son......
soo v can't compare both of these acts.......

Angad case is a mockery of his principles. He went in on his own, NOT because he felt has to uphold the truth. It is because he wanted to HIDE the truth about Pratigya and HIDE the truth about involvement of ADARSH. And Prof. was even ready to PAY ransom for the blackmail from Angad. Later he dubbed it as UPHOLDING-TRUTH blah blah blah....

thanx yaar,sadaf.......i know jai is neither a adult nor he hit aadarsh intentionaly while shakti klled his son with bad intentions.n behind every crime motive or intention is d most important factor, thought it can not decrease d punishment..........

but intention matter a lot dear and in this case it was an accident not a murder na ss and shakti have done so many crimes intentionly so jai is better than them and saxenas gave him mercy b'coz of his father who him self locked his son without even asking him any thing😊
