everyone is discussing that shayamji has made a mistake in forgiving jay,but i feel that he has taken a rite step in doing so...it's like they have double standards.The reason behind punishment is not 2 punish d person who has done anti-social act but 2 make him realise his mistake n reform him.Judiciary gives probation even 4 dangerous 2 dangerous,they give a chance 2 reform himself,than y not jay shd be given a chance....his act was anti-social but if he will b punished 4 it than what's gurranty that he'll not do it in future,as d accident was done by mistake,n mistake can happn again also. so i feel that only by punishing d criminal we can't make sure 4 his reformation......sometimes giving harsh punishment leads d person more towards crime..............
