BABA- WHY LIE?

Okay guys as the show is progressing we all agree that the recent episodes present Krishna quite negative . The baba we have known from the start of the drama is very different from the present one. I have a POV to which all of u don't have to agree to.

See when Kesar's pregnancy was revealed to SS she was asked to stop doing the house chores and everything became Prat's responsibility. This bothered Baba that is why asked her if she needed any help and take rest between the chores. He also suggested that if Amma questioned her she cld always say he stopped her.

Now we have seen in past that Baba is very impulsive and has innovative ways to solve his problems . Eg: Asking Nitin for the address with the intention of knowing why he was coming out of the Sucksenas or finding out Prats name at Sangam.

So when the pickle incident happened. He instantly thgt that if she was pregnant then she wldn't have to do the chores and that is why dragged Prats into the bedroom so that she wldn't ruin his plan even b4 he had implemented it. The impulsive nature of his didn't let him forsee the complications of this lie.

He did not share the plan with Prats because if he told her the plan she wld not cooperate with him as he knows that she has very high morals. He also realised that she cares for his family which he noticed from the things she did for Kesar Bhabi. That is why those excuses that he will lie as it makes his family happy. I think that is why he seemed so calm in the bedroom after coming back from the doctors

When Pratigya started making him see the complications of his lie, he must of realised it but I think his ego didn't let him give up so easily . The staement he made abt he will force himself on her to make his lie to truth was his comeback for what she said. I think he can see he is caught in his web of lies. He is angry that he is doing all this and he was getting cornered by everyone in the family and he can't even share it with anyone.

I am not denying that deep down he must have thgt and wished he will win over pratigya in the meantime and then the lie wld automatically become the truth.

He told her in y'days episode that he wldn't want anyone to interfere when he beats her and in today's episode he said that she is the only one who hasn't been hit. They have been made with ref to the situation of Amma getting beaten up but the cvs are slowly building up towards Krishna slapping her either on Fri episode or next week

What do u guys think? Does the reasoning fit with Baba's character? Do write your thgts

As a Krishna fan I hope this is the truth but u never know what the cv's want

As I think Baba lubs Prat a lot and can go to any extent to save her

well he has his own ways to protect her. so yes i do agreee

he cant see her working so much

he has told earlier too that Pratigya ji is not coming to do the household but will do only his seva

thats the reason i think he hid the pregncny thing

So i agree with everything you said. I have been thinking about this for so long. i m not sure if Baba did all this Pregnancy drama so that Pratigya doesn't have to work. but one thing i can say is that Baba for sure has something in his mind. some plan. i started noticing this when SS told Krishna to take Behoodi to doctor to confirm the news and Krishna and Pratigya while going there stop their car oops thakuro wali jeep and started talking. Krishna was so relaxed at that time. like nothing Happened. I did not take it seriously. Second time when Pratigya and Krishna were in their room and Behoodi was telling him how because of all this drama and lie, only you and your family will get hurt and even then Krishna was so confident and told her that , " tumhe humre parivaar ki chinta karne ki konu zarrorat nhahin hai, hum sab smbhal lege."

yesh. infact the whole first scene was rocking😳

I think besides Baba the other thing that makes me watch the drama is Baba's dialogues in the UP dialect.

i don't know why krishna is gonna slap pratigya but I'm sure that he does that for a reason because the CVs would never show krishna negative! if you don't agree that's alright its just my point of view!

His calmness and the dialogue that made me think. See baba might be uncouth and illiterate but he is not stupid. He is street smart
