...just read your analysis, Samira. 🤗
Its like I was reviewing for Psych....hehe.
You brought in a lot of different aspects of psychology to analyze his various behaviourisms.
You see there are so many different theories to explain the cause of behaviour/actions....I like some of Freud's theories....Id, Ego, Superego is my favourite one as I think its very justifiable and one can personally sorta relate to it.
Also, I'd mention, there are other personality development theories....like that of Kohlberg, Jean Piaget, and Erikson which nicely fit in to explain if a certain stage has not been taken place properly which may influence the person later in life. For instance, in Krishna's case, the preconventional level of Kohlberg's theory has got to do alot with how Krishna has turned out and how he views morals, society, himself, family etc. and responds to these institiutions according to the way he has "learnt" to behave.
Just to give a brief note on the preconventional level: it basically involves punishment and obedience orientations. The child learns the basis on which right/wrong are punished and the basis on which something is rewarded for. So, since he has always seen SS beating his wife for small things such as less salt/spices in dinner or not getting him some tea. This then became the "norm" for Krishna....he saw that this is how women are supposed to be treated.....ie. if they dont provide you good food, don't obey you, then you're supposed to raise your hand and whip them. Now, as a child, he might have been scolded for crying if he got emotional from his brother or father and that behaviour would've been labelled as being "sissy". But, if he didn't cry for e.g. if he sees his mom getting hurt and acts like a "man", then he'd be praised by his dad...so, being rewarded for such behaviour would set up the guidelines for him that "being manly gets you the reward and women aren't a thing to pity on".
Anyways, that was just an example that how the development of this pre conventional stage must have been responsible for what he thinks is right or wrong now and where his morals lie.
Now, you mentioned the different forms of agression, well that was something new for me...but pretty much a self explanatory and easy concept....makes sense. :P
Samira, thanks for such a lovely post 👏👏👏....am sure we all learned a thing or two from your thread. =) ⭐️

hehe...thank you, Shruthi.
Psychology is very intriguing. Samira compelled and encouraged me from her thread to write such a long post...😳
Krishna is a guy with flaws and its interesting to see where these flaws arise from...I'd say people like him do exist....humans in general are never whole angels or pure devils with halos.....and Krishna is just one of those that fall in the middle of these categories.

Really Ania???Ppl like Krishna do exist??!!As in I find tht a bit hard to believe,I mean I didn't know tht there are guys out there who fall head over heels in love with a girl right after they see her for the first time and then become so obsessed and possessive about her tht thye'll make sure they'll get her no matter what.Ooo.........if tht's the case then it's scary😕.
But yes,it is interesting to try and analyse his character since he is a person whose character is so complex and has many layers and dimensions to it.Smile
