It was another action filled episode.
Loved the Patriot theme and was touched by the beautiful song.
Rudra kicked ass for insulting his country...awesome.
While the action shots were filmed nicely, there was a lot of stuff that was downright ridiculous. Much has been said so not going to repeat.

The single shot...loved that segment...man of few words...fine let there be one more dead body...bang...one dead groom. The terrorist groom...bye bye !!

I have a question/query re the Wedding party.
The Uncle was pretty disrespectful to India and the Flag. He and his "family" came from the other side and married an Indian girl. Technically they could be any "heritage" pretending to be Indian and obviously in cahoots with Thakur. So the girls are part and parcel of the "Annual" deal, they have no clue who they are marrying and no wonder they are never heard from ever again. There was a partition so some "Indians" ended up on the other side, but they would not be outright disrespectful...angry yes but not like the Uncle. I doubt they were "Indian/Rajasthani".

Speaking for myself and my opinion...

I can't say this was a wow episode. It was OK.
There was violence but I wasn't bothered by it since a bulk of it was rather "stupid and too filmy" and I watch war movies, cop shows/movies and spy thrillers.

Liked the Patriotism aspect, the song and Rudra's salute to the flag was very touching.
Liked Rudra reaction to Vermin Varun...As you wish...reminded me of "Go ahead, Make my Day" (Clint Eastwood) and the shot to the brain...brilliant...loved it.
Liked the way they shot Parvati's look at Rudra holding the gun when she wakes up on hearing the shot and her scream.

Didn't like the poor planning by Rudra. He definitely did not use his brain here. He knowingly had issued a fake warrant to rile up Tejawat, knew the Barat is cover for smuggling, is going to stop them at the border and only had a handful of BSD officers. Even if he didn't have enough people he used poor strategy.
When Rudra was the only man standing after a whack to the head body and legs, a stab in the back, he pulls out the flag from it's secure position and stakes it in the sand, a feat that is really impossible for a flag that size billowing in the wind. They should have left it where it was and had Rudra stand near it and make his proclamation.

The terrorists, more in number, holding rifles, just stood there looking and took turns in hand to hand combat...really!!! The uncle instead of picking up a gun suddenly turns coward and tries to bribe him..."what the...". They should have had a couple of the downed officers supporting Rudra from vantage points.

Didn't like Parvati's refreshed look on waking up, she needed a little more of a distressed look.

Rudra's voice was off...didn't feel the thunder in his roar and patriot speech.

And...why is there no border patrol on the opposite side. They should have posted a couple of people there.

Tomorrow's precap looks good. The one way glass moment...both in their own angst.

Hi kerrie 😃

Vermin Varun ... I like that! 😆

I found the violence overstretched ... it wasn't disturbing for me either because it was too filmy and larger than life ... I watch a lot of war movies which are far more disturbing because the violence there is more realistic ... but this was Ashish's episode, and he delivered 😃

As for the rest of your points ... I agree completely ... poor strategy and planning by Rudra ... the fight scenes where the enemy attack Rudra one by one - very filmy! It happens in every single BW movie I've seen 😆 The flag hoisting/unhoisting was also unbelievable ...

They should have had a couple of BSD men recover to cover Rudra, so the kaka starts pleading, then tries to shoot from a hidden gun, downs the two men and Rudra has to kill him ... finally leaving only Varun and Rudra to face each other ... the end point was that only Varun and Rudra are left standing so there is no witness to Varun's kameenapan on Rudra's side.

Anyway, hopefully the bulk of the action scenes are done ... have to say, even with all the flaws, they were well done 😛

And now we can move on with the main story 😃

Love the episode today ! The action, patriotic theme and Rudra saluting the Tiranga was awesome. It was a complete Rudralicious episode 😳
Banna Sa proved too good to be true and Paro Bai Sa's fainting spell has assured a maha MU.
Looks like another exciting episode tomorrow...cannot wait 😊

Thank you!

Every good love story starts with an MU ... and this one surely is the baap of all MU's ... no hiding behind closed doors, or misunderstood conversations ... Rudra killed Varun, and Paro woke up just in time to see that ... eyewitness to the whole thing ... though Paro bitiya, your timing leaves much to be desired!!! 😆

Lovely take as always.

Finally caught up with the episode. The action sequences were quite filmy and OTT for me today... but ah well, not all episodes can be fab. Was decent overall though. I'm so glad it's Ashish, only he could pull off such scenes. He was fabulous.
The biggest shock for me was banna-sa... I was very much sure after yesterday that he was innocent... but I guess he was too good to be true. Quite rightly pointed out by members in the forum that Rudra killing an innocent person would be wrong in the course of his duty.
So we have the 'baap' of all MU's this time with both the leads misunderstanding each other majorly, and there is nobody who is a witness that could eventually clear the MU... will be waiting to see how they fall in love.
Ashish's change of expressions at the end, after he heard Paro's screams was amazing.
The best part was the precap.. we again have the mirror connection, I think this connection of the mirrors will be poignant in the lovestory of PaRud.
Now that we have reached the point of what was shown in the promo.. it will be interesting to see where the CV's will take the story from here!

Thanks, Krishna! 😊
I think many of us feel the same way about the action sequences ... 😃 but Ashish delivered ... and how!

The promos just showed us the foundation of the story ... Rudra killing Paro's husband ... now the main story starts ...

The meat of the episode was the last five minutes ... the baap of all MU's ... and the precap ... at every step, they are showing the connect between Rudra-Paro. The mirrors are going to be their connection ... beautifully shown.

And oh the BSD...someone give them better training haha

Sunny Deol ka puttar 😆 Taking on an entire army with his bare hands 😆

I agree with your last point ... the wedding party was supposed to be the same clan from the other side of the border ... during Partition, families were divided, some crossed, and very few stayed back ... but these people were masquerading as the same clan, their main purpose was only the gun smuggling.

Thanks for posting!

As you said , the best part was 'as you wish'. they hardly show that in Indian movies or serials.
By the way thanks for recommending serialjunkie. I fell off my chair laughing😆
