Hello fellow Main Na Bhoolungi-ians

I am loving Shikha's poem's
Every time there is something going on in her life... we get to hear a nice poem/kavita

So I have decided to compile a list of her kavitas for as long as I could...
Because we don't know if her poems will continue but I feel it will ...

Without further ado... the list of poems

(1) Her introduction - her first kavita - Page 1

(2) Aashiyan -Page 1

(3) Poem for the inauguration party of her column -Page 1

(4) a day before marriage her anticipations -Page 1

Shikha's first poem - her introduction poem kind of

(had a hard time finding this one because she doesn't mention the entire poem so tried to read whatever I could from the snapshot... please forgive the mistakes n let me know if u are able to get any correction)

Kyun raste par chalo toh koi ched deta hain

Kyun pati se kuch kaho toh who haath marod deta hain

Kyun ummedo ke badle tujhe milti hain bas nirasha

Kyun khushiyo se bhara ghar lagta hain ek jhooti asha

Khul ke hasu toh koi tok deta hain

Befikr jiu toh koi tok deta hain

Dekh phir wahi subah ayi

Jo uske liye hai kiran tere liye parchai

Kyun tode hai kabhi Sapne kabhi dil ko

Koshish toh kare duniya samajne ki ek aurat ko

Roj nahi ______________________

Bina puche kabhi do baat bata hi diya kar

Apne haath ki ek cup chai pila ke kabhi ___________

Main kaha kuch zyada mangti hu

Dekh kar muskura hi kiya kar

Kyun jhooti tassalli ki aasha rakhu

Sab thik ho jayega karke baat _____

Socha bahut par kuch na paya

Dekh phir nayi subah ayi

Jo uske liye hai kiran mere liye parchai

Kyun tode kabhi sapne kabhi dil ko

Koshish toh kare ae duniya samajneki ek aurat ko

the blanks are because I couldn't interpret the blanks the image was nor clear...

Shikha's second poem - when she visits Sameer's house with her mom and dad and Sameer reminds her of the poem

Dheere chalke peeche chooth jati hoon

Bhaagu toh khud se door ho jati hoon

Koi toh aye kuch bataye

Kaise poori karu yeh aasayein

Shikha's third poem - On making her column permanent in Stree Chaya Magazine and organizing a party shikha recited this poem at the party

Kal raat nindh nahi ayi

Sapna aya

Ane vale kal ka manme ehsaas jagaya

Jo ab tak dheere dheere chal rahi thi

Achanak udaan bharne lagi

Meri ummede

Ummedo se age nikalne lagi

Kis baat ki khushi pehle samaj nahi aya

Phir ek chehra samne muskuraya

Jaisa andhera chat kar suraj nazar aya

Jo ab tak dheere dheere chal rahi thi

Achanak udaan bharne lagi

Meri umeede ab sach ban kar ubharne lagi

Shikha's fourth poem - A day before her marriage, rather a night before her marriage she writes something quoting her desires, her aspirations

Bas ek raat ka fasla hain

Mere kisi aur ke ho jane main

Apne ghar ko chod

Kisi aur ke ghar ko jane main

Kal ka suraj ek nayi zindagi lekar ayega

Kya dekha hua har sapna pura kar payega

Kya meri bani chai ki tariff hogi

Kya mera bana halwa unhe pasand ayega

Kya kavitae likhne ka yeh silsila jari reh payega

Jo pyar aj unme hai who samai ki mar jhel payega

Unginat sawal liye manme need ki taraf ja rahi hoon

Jo ek raat ka fasla baki hain use pura karne ja rahi hoon
