Supriya, just watched today's episode.

Amol was the surprise gift for AnSh by the orphanage. Can you believe the agency that was so concerned in the morning happily declared that child to be AnSh's child by evening. Wonder where such agencies work.

Well, this show is just not convincing anymore.

All this track is so unbelievable. 🥱Thanks for letting me know. Any agency which is true to the service will never do such a thing. They will take days to deliberate the decision. They will ensure if these people really want Amol. Only corrupt agencies which dont care a damn will do such things and will bow down to collector's clout. The show stopped being convincing what with its attempt to glorify adoption and Anandi in process.

I really liked the way they had shown Anandi the sarpanch Anandi, but after marriage except for solving KB Issues she is not doing anything much. Where is her zeal and passion for education and bettering herself and being up to date. Where is all that?

Post marriage, Anandi has been the most regressive character of the show. Sorry to say that as she was my favourite character during her J-A-G days but all down now.
She does not have any aim or motive in life. No zeal, no ambition. She is absolutely clueless about her life and no longer the person who could adapt to changing times and society. She just runs from one person's problem to another's.

First she was after J and BH problems, then focus shifted to Sa, then Shiv's identity and then sudden want to adopt a child.

Adopting a child is a good idea but there has to some connection. Not just sympathy and goodness.

In all this, CVs lost the strong built up of Anandi, they had once sketched. Anandi is no longer an epitome of strength or role model for anyone.

She is just a soft-hearted person with goodness at heart. period.

Duration does not matter here. For me also it had been 10 months before I found with whom I got the connection. But even then the caretaker and the social worker asked me lot of questions on how I will take care of her. They took almost 3 weeks to come to a decision. And also they finally okayed me in the committee meeting which takes place to decide if the parent and the child is the right match. Any adoption agency registered with Central Government has to have a committee meeting which contains a panel of doctor, social worker, and other noted members outside of the adoption home wherein it will be decided if the child can be given to prospective parents.

Also the home study had happened 8 months back for me. It is very rare that the home study will co incide with the committee meeting. Because home study is a pre-requisite and has to be completed much before. So all this seems quite unreal from what I have gone through.

And lastly no adoption agency brings in a lot of children to someones home as they have their security, safety and other things to consider. Handing over of the child usually happens at home only. With what I have seen of myself, my friends, and colleagues who have adopted
