I really liked the way they had shown Anandi the sarpanch Anandi, but after marriage except for solving KB Issues she is not doing anything much. Where is her zeal and passion for education and bettering herself and being up to date. Where is all that?

She does not have any aim or motive in life. No zeal, no ambition. She is absolutely clueless about her life and no longer the person who could adapt to changing times and society. She just runs from one person's problem to another's.

Duration does not matter here. For me also it had been 10 months before I found with whom I got the connection. And also they finally okayed me in the committee meeting which takes place to decide if the parent and the child is the right match. Any adoption agency registered with Central Government has to have a committee meeting which contains a panel of doctor, social worker, and other noted members outside of the adoption home wherein it will be decided if the child can be given to prospective parents.

Also the home study had happened 8 months back for me. It is very rare that the home study will co incide with the committee meeting. Because home study is a pre-requisite and has to be completed much before. So all this seems quite unreal from what I have gone through.

And lastly no adoption agency brings in a lot of children to someones home as they have their security, safety and other things to consider. Handing over of the child usually happens at home only.With what I have seen of myself, my friends, and colleagues who have adopted
