Hi All,

Thanks for all your likes and comments for my earlier work. I was equally disappointed with KSG's exit from QH... Though I had not watched any of his earlier works, I saw QH promo and started watching it only for KSG and now I am an ASYA and KABHI fan ..

I was not in mood to write any new story but what I realized is that We can still provide our love and support to KSG by keeping him as our Asad in the stories we write .. None can over rule our thoughts right ?? So here I go with a new one...

Ani-Asya - I had promised to portray Zoya as doctor in the new story for you... So this one is for you !!

PART 1

It was a Wonderful morning for Asad. He had landed in Bhopal, India after 6 Yrs...and he took in the fresh air that hit his face as he stepped out of the flight. The 16 odd hours of journey from New York and the 3 or 4 hours of waiting time while changing flight was not successful in taking away the smile on his face. As he cleared the immigration and moved towards the exit, he could see Rashid waving at him .. His eyes looked around Rashid hoping if anybody else had accompanied him but NO... Though he felt disappointed, he did not allow that to spoil his mood...

Asad : Assalam Walikum Abbu.. and he went ahead and hugged his dad...

Rashid : Walikum Salam beta... Kaise ho ??

Asad : Mein teek hoon abbu... Ammi nahin ayi.. ??

A worried expression came up on Rashid's face for few seconds but before he could hide them, Asad had noticed it...

Rashid : Wo ghar pe tumhara intezaar kar rahi hain !!

Asad : Aur sab kaise hain abbu ??

Rashid : Shayad tum bhool gaye ho.. ghar mein aur koi nahin hain !!

The drive back to home was quiet.. Though Asad tried to pull Rashid into conversation, Rashid had opted to give only short replies.

Khan Villa...

Asad got down from the car and looked around the house.. There was no change in anything... He smiled looking at the garden which brought back memories but he shrugged it off and moved towards the door where Dilshad was waiting...Even though he had come back home after 6 long years, he sensed that his mother was not happy as expected.

Asad : Kya baat hain ammi.. Aap kush nahin hain ??

Dilshad : Aisi koi baat nahin hain Asad.. Tum fresh ho jao.. Mein khana lagwati hoon...

He stepped into his room and looked around...It definitely had changed to what it was when he had left.. All the photographs had been removed and the dressing table which used to proudly display her belongings were no longer there.. He left out a sigh... and decided that he would go to meet her.. He definitely had to tell sorry to her and her dad though he doubted if he would ever be forgiven !!

After freshening up, he came out and found his father speaking to somebody over phone but what caught his attention was he was tensed and shouting at the person on the other end.

Rashid over phone : Tumse itna bhi kaam nahin hosakta hain kya ?? Mein atha hoon... !! After disconnecting the call, Rashid opened his mouth to tell something to Dilshad but looking at Asad, he kept quiet...

Rashid : Dilshad muje zaroori kaam hain.. Mein khana baad mein kaoonga.. ya wahi kaaonga..

Dilshad : Ji.. Mein apka call ka intezar karoongi...

Asad found everything to be a puzzle.. He did not understand what was so important that Rashid could not speak about in front of him as well... He sat down and quietly had his lunch but he kept noticing his mother who was desperately waiting for the call by looking at her phone every few minutes..

Asad : Kya baat hain ammi... koi beemar hain kya ?

Dilshad : Nahin .. Tum khana khalo.. Muje todha kaam hain.. Mein ek ya do ghante mein aoongi..

Asad : Ammi.. Mein apko leke chaltha hoon.. batayiye .. kahan jana hain ??

Dilshad : Nahin.. Mein chalijaoongi... and without giving any opportunity to speak further, she walked out of the house...

Faroouqi Mansion

Dilshad walked in and found Rashid sleeping on the couch in a sitting position in the drawing room with little Adya sleeping on top of him..

She gently lifted Adya and took her to the room and placed her on the bed...and kissed the child on her forehead and wrapped her with the blanket...

She now walked out slowly and woke up Rashid...

Dilshad : Kya hua tha ??Aap itne pareshan hoke agaye aur apka phone bhi nahin lag raha tha.. aur yahan ka land line bhi kharab hain... isliye muje hi ana pada...

Rashid : Asad ko patha nahin chala right ??

Dilshad : Nahin... aur Zoya kahan hain ??

Rashid : Zoya ka emergency case hain hospital mein...isliye muje ana pada .. Humari pyari Adya ko sambalna Ramu ke bas ka kaam nahin hain !!

Ramu : Maalik.. apko khana laga doon ??

Rashid : Nahin Ramu chaltein hain.. !! Hum wahi khana khaletein hain !!

Zoya walked in with a tired look...

Zoya : Nahin abbu.. aap dono ko yahi khana khake jana hain...Mein bas do minute mein athi hoon...

Rashid and Dilshad both smiled proudly at her and nodded.. They could never tell NO to her on any matter.. She and Adya had become their cause of joy and existence...after the unhappy incidents in the past...

Dr. Zoya Faroouqi, Daughter of Gaffur Faroouqi - a Gynecologist by profession had now made name for herself as one among good doctors in Bhopal... She had been a very good student and follower of her dad Gaffur Faroouqi who was an Orthopedic surgeon.. She had a liking for medicine from her school days and she wanted to specialize in Gynecology... Dr. Rashid Ahmed Khan was not only a batch mate of Gaffur Faroouqi but a close buddy as well... Both of them were working for the famous City Hospital but now Rashid had set up his own hospital just an year back and Zoya was working in the same hospital.

Dining Hall, Faroouqi Mansion

Zoya : Abbu.. aap dono yahan hain.. Adya ne pareshan kiya kya ??

Dilshad : Zoya.. Adya ko pura haq hain hum sab ko pareshan karnekeliye...Ramu akela nahin sambhal sakta hain..

Zoya : Ammi.. aap hi batayiye.. ab hum kaise manage karenge ?? Asad kaise hain ammi ??

Dilshad :Accha hain !! Akela aya hain !!

Zoya forcibly smiled and did not ask anything else...She knew it would be tough for her as well ...

Khan Villa

Asad felt lonely after lunch... He expected his parents to spend some time with him but looked like there was much more interesting things occupying them.. He roamed around the whole house recollecting the memorable time he had spent in the same house with his wife...Irrespective of their past, he wanted to see her once .. He immediately changed and stepped out of his room and saw a very happy Rashid and Dislhad walking in...

Asad : Abbu aap kahan gaye the ?? aap bahut tension mein gaye the right ??

Rashid : Tension ki hi baat thi... Wo A...

Dilshad : Rashid.. !!

Asad frowned .. He knew something was going on and his parents were definitely trying to hide something from him... He decided that he would find it out on his own !!

Asad : Mein bahar ja raha hoon... !! Abbu apke car leke jaoonga.. !!

Dilshad : Lekin Kahan Ja rahe ho Asad ??

Asad : Jaise aap mujse ab har baat chipane lagi hain.. Waise muje bhi apko sab batane ki koi zaroorat nahin... !! and he walked out..

Tears clouded Dilshad's eyes.. She could not stop it from falling down.. Rashid understood her pain since he was also going through the same... He put his hands on her shoulder.. trying to console her...

Asad was angry with himself for hurting his mother with his words.. So he decided to spend some time outside and calm himself down before visiting her...

Faroouqi Mansion

It was around 5 PM in the evening.. Zoya was playing with Adya in their garden... Zoya was literally tired and so she called her maid Riya and informed her to take Adya out for a walk and also to buy Adya her favourite ice-cream..

Adya : Thank you Ammi... !! I love you... !!

As Adya and Riya went out, Zoya sat down on one of the lawn chairs and closed her eyes switching on one of her favourite songs in her mobile as she relaxed...

Asad got down from his car and looked at Faroouqi Mansion... He remembered the first time he had visited to meet her unexpectedly ...He could not step in due to the guilt but he had to ... As he walked in, he saw her.. sitting on the lawn chair with mobile in her hand and ear phones.. He slowly walked towards her... It was 6 Yrs since he had seen her.. There seem to be no change with the innocence on her face... She was in her favourite blue jeans and white top.. The cool breeze was causing her hairs to dance in the air... She was looking very pretty ... He was so very tempted to touch her... but the voice behind him got him back to reality and also causing Zoya to open her eyes...

Ramu : Sir.. aap kaun ??

Zoya's eyes went wide open looking at him.. She had never expected him to come over here.. She immediately looked towards her watch to check out if she had time to avoid Adya from returning... Due to this, she forgot to tell him to sit down as well...

Ramu : Sir.. aap.. ??

Zoya : Ramu kaka.. Mein inhe janti hoon.. !! Aap ek cup black coffee leke ayiye !!

Asad smiled : Thanks.. !!

Zoya managed to smile.. : She pointed to the chair.. and told him to sit through her gesture.. She did not know what she had to speak..

Zoya called up Riya : Haan.. tum wahi ruku.. Mein pandra minute mein athi hoon...

Asad : Kya ye mereliye message tha ki mere paas sirf pandra minute hain ??

Zoya looked at him and their eyes met for few seconds after which she looked away and preferred not to reply back ...

Asad : Zoya.. Mein.. Tumse aur Gaffur Sahab se milne aya hoon... Kya mein unse milsakta hoon ??

Zoya : Nahin !!

Asad : Zoya.. Mein janta hoon.. ki meine unka bharosa todha hain.. lekin ek baar to unse milke maafi maang sakta hoon .. Please bulao unhe !!

Looked like Zoya was trying to control her tears and she was successful.. She kept on looking in the other direction...

Asad : Zoya.. bulao unhe.. and he stood up and tried to walk in calling out for Gaffur...

Zoya : Wo Andar nahin hain.. !!

Asad looked back again towards Zoya : Batao kahan mil saktein hain ?? Muje unse milna zaroori hain...

Zoya : Wo kabhi nahin milsaktein hain !!

Asad: Excuse me ??

Zoya : Wo zinda nahin hain !!

This news hit him like a volcano.. He could not digest what he heard.. He just looked at her who was controlling her tears and looking in other direction.. He did not have the courage to speak anything.. He walked out slowly from there.. Zoya had tears in her eyes as she saw his retreating back.. !!

So Asad somehow betrayed Zoya and Ghaffur, what resulted as Ghaffur's death?? (Heart attack??)
Wondering what he did 😆
Asad doesnt know that he has a daughter 😲

Thanks for liking the start... You have awsome guessing power.. Yep Gaffur's death was due to heart attack.. How and why ...? you will get to know in the next update... Nope at this point Asad does not know about his daughter...😊
