Part 42:
As the morning dawned in the khan mansion, zoya was sleeping peacefully in asad chest, with her hands hugging around his waist.as asad got up from his sleep he kissed his love on her head, and slowly pulled himself from her hold and made her sleep in the bed. He propped himself on the head board, and looked back, at zoya words. He knows he can't bring back time, but he will do everything in his capacity to keep her happy. He dismissed himself to the bathroom to get ready for the day.
He marched into the kitchen and made a cup of black coffee for himself, and thought of doing something for zoya..and he was sure, she will have a hangover, and he wanted to give her something as a remedy. So he took help of zoya best friend, and googled to find the home made receipe for hangover..and the net result for 6 things.''
1. banana.. he looked around to find banana in the fruit basket, and picked it up.
2. Took a jar filled with mineral water.
3. honey- took the honey bottle from the kitchen shelf.
4. Antacid tablet from first aid kit
5. Fruit juice- he took few orange from fridge peeled them properly and made 5 cups of perfect orange juice.
As he was filtering the juice, he heard a good morning jeeju... from HUmi...
He took humi for a hug and kissed her on the forehead..
A: how r u feeling. Is ur hubby still sleeping
H: I am fine..ayaan is still asleep...
A: ok..here have the juice.. or u prefer milk.. in the morning... and you should take care of ur health.. ok.. u have to eat for niece or nephew too...ok...
H: yes jeeju, I will have ur juice.. 4 cups of juice...?
A: one is for ur di, one for urayaan and this is for my princess and aadil... I just read juice is a good hangover remedy...
H;.ohh... my di is so lucky.. to have u as her life partner...jeeju...
A: no humi.. I am the lucky one here...
H: what is with the veggie on the table..
A: I am trying to make soup for her...
H: can I help u making them...
A: yeah sure.. Finish ur juice first and then cut the veggie into small parts..ok.
As the soup was in the final stage the aroma filled the living.
Ze: wow kya soup hai... asad u made this soup..
Ze-An-Aa, Di-asya entered the dinning table..
H: yeah jeeju made this. Specially for di... how sweet...isn't..
Ze: yeah it is... asad ...my zoya is so lucky to have u as her husband...
Asad acknowledged just with a smile, as his thought process were lost after looking ze-an-aa..
As:...abbu...ran into her abbu and hugged him by his leg. Asad went on his knees and took her up to chest and cradled her to his heart. After last night confession, he knows without asya..there will be as-ya..though they both loved each other, they would have lead a lonely miserable life without each other. She is his life...
He placed her in the dining table and gave her and aadil, the glass of juice..
As: abbu is ammi still sleeping.
A: yeah she is tired and sleeping..
As: no abbu,...ammi always sleeps on Sunday.. she loves... that.. it is always appi who gives me and aadil our breakfast on Sunday...
Asad looked up at zeenat in the kitchen helping dilshad in preparing the breakfast..and then she looked at the tray asad kept the hangover things for zoya..
Ze: asad is this all for zoya..
As: haa appi. I don't what she likes I thought I prepare all...
Ze: arreywah... kyapyaarhai... and smiled at asad..asad was still in thinking..
Ze came with a tray of coffee to sitting, and served the elders and sat down..
A: appi,jeeju... thank u so much... I know these are just words...but I don't know how else I could show my gratitude to u both...
An: asad..what is this... why r u very formal...
A: no jeeju... and I am also sorry too...
Ze: asad... what is the matter...
A: I am sorry.. I didn't live upto ur expectations.. u trusted me and my love for zoya... and left her here.. but I failed in that..in the past..and made her suffer.. and broke her heart...and I am grateful to u, bcoz u believed in me and gave me second chance... I promise I will not let u down this time. I will keep her happy..and thank u.. for looking after them.. and being the pillar of strength for my zoya in the last 3 years.. when I was not there for her... u guys were her support..and also for taking care of my princess too... as his princess was sitting in his lap.. and hugged her to his chest..
An: asad..as much zoya is urs... she is like my first born..to me.. to us.. we will be always there for her.. and it is my duty to look after her.. but now I am so happy.. so that I have given her hand into urs... knowing fully how troublesome myzoya can be.. and so happy that she has u as her life partner.. u both are fighters asad.. .. I know ur reunion will happen one day..and I am so happy now..as a father..
Dilshad:. Zeenat... I understood why zoya never told as about asya.. but u could have told us... we both could have come to NY.. for her... I know things went wrong.. with us.. but...
Ze:.. Bi, I wanted too..
An: but I didn't allow her too..
Flashback:
3 years back.
NY..
As the door bell rang, zeenat was surprised to see zoya standing there with her bag.
Ze took zoya for a hug...
Ze: anwar come here look who is here.. zoya, where is asad .. beta... u know we both wanted to surprise u both. Since we couldn't come to the wedding.. we booked tickets for this weekend.. but u here...
But where is my son inlaw.. zeenat looked at the road ahead for asad to be there...
Anwar stood in front of zoya and observed her facial expression and understood something is really off.. he has that doubt before only when he called her on her wedding day.. but zoya assured everything was fine.. and she turns up here after a 2 months.. and her face told him... as soon as she saw her jeeju, she pulled out of her aapi and went and hugged anwar..
Anwar hugged her and patted her back..
An: don't worry zoya.. thing will be alright.. and zoya held on to her jeeju and then she broke down completely... Tears flowed out.. all the bundled emotions.. zeenat was looking at them.. she is having a panic attack looking at zoya like this.. she wants to know... but anwar holds her back..
After sometime zoya come to normal.. and looked up to her jeeju..
An: zoya u want to say something now.. or later... he wanted give zoya the space
Z: no jeeju I am fine.. and then zoya narrates the whole from what happened on her wedding, her abbu truth, the nikkah truth,... her being pregnant with asad child.. Ar-ya marriage and her decision to come back here...
Anwar placed zoya head on his shoulder and patted her, and asked zeenat to bring in the food.. and she bought anwar fed zoya.. and then made her just lie there in his lap, and patted her to sleep. After a long time she slept in peace after pouring her heart out..
Ze:.. anwar from whatever zoya said, asad was helpless. And she is carrying his child.. the child needs her father.. too.. I think we should inform them.. and I am sure they will be so happy to hear the good news too..
An: No.. give zoya the time now.. she is totally broken now.. we should just comfort and support her.. I am sure she will take the right decision.. just look after her.
The next morning, ze didn't question zoya as such, but was just the caring mom to her daughter, and zoya had a good time with aadil too, he helped her in a way the adults couldn't do. They went to hospital for the check up and came back with the news everything is fine and she is just weak and have to look after herself.
Though she was upset, zoya gave her health utmost important and read kids book to know, and heard some music and try to keep herself as cheerful as she could.. for her kids sake.
It was close 6 months pregnant, the whole family fell into a routine and zoya was working from home for a software company.. but zeenat was eating anwar head regarding zoya and her child future..deep down she also had a fear about what will happen if asad moved on.. but anwar was very sure about asad. As much as he heard from zoya, he knows these 2 soulmates.. they may live separately, but will never let someone else take their place in their heart or home. He didn't want zeenat to speak to zoya regarding this as both the sister have foot in their mouth disease.
The evening he ventured towards zoya to know what is there in her heart, what is the place of asad in her child life. The room was slightly open, and zoya was sitting in the bed and caressing the baby hump.
Z: hey asya, how r u feeling inside... I am sure u r comfortable inside.. if not let ammi know.. bcoz ur abbu will be more worried about u.. I know u r a girl .. bcoz ur abbu said the first born will be a girl.. after all he is chromosome donor... isn't he.. do u miss ur abbu.. I miss him too.. if he knows u exist... he will be here next u... wait I heard from doctor that u can listen now.. u want to listen to ur abbu.. here listen to this.. she took the ipad and played the video recording of the famous mat jao zoya...
Z: hey baby u liked ur abbu voice.. so manly isn't.. he is a lion on outside but soft as a lamb inside.. u know he is such baby... Whines over even small things.. I am sure u will be .. like father.. the daughter.. u want to listen him sing... he has a wonderful voice too and she played her recording of asad singing Zindagi ki yehi reet hi... and she herself was lost in his voice and in his memories...u want to meet ur abbu, I am sure u will meet him too.. u know ur abbu is a terrible dancer... see this.. oo jaane.. performance.. he is really hot and dashing...isnt... and showed the asad dance.. with guitar and bike..
Anwar stood outside and listened to zoya talk with the baby.. and he was sure things will fall into place with time.
Z: u want to see some more about ur abbu.. look at this.. this is the all nighter he pulled to see just ur ammi sleeping... How cute of him.. as I went to sleep I hit the record button... To check him out later.. look at his eyes... wow so much. .. love.. and so much intensity... u know ur abbu eyes speak volumes compared to his mouth.. look.. he can a drill a hole in a rock.. with his intense look... and zoya was lost in asad and his eyes.. and she held the ipad close to her heart and laid down on the bed.
Anwar was so proud of zoya, she has the capacity to see small good in a big bad.. her positivity about life.. instead blaming asad, or crying over what happened, zoya was just refilling herself only with the good things of her past. He decided it will be zoya decision about when she will go back to asad, but she will go back.. that much he knows.. she will go for her love and for their daughter.
Zoya being software expert, she used voice analysis on asad voice, and made few things.. like asad voice saying good morning asya,.. I love u.. good night.. etc... and made the infant listen to them... the song was something she repeatedly listened, not just for asad voice but also to the lyrics of the song... which gave her the support.
Anwar shared his knowledge with zeenat, and they supported zoya in every way possible, as the delivery date came closer, anwar got the nursery ready..and zoya filled the room like how asad would have wanted, like how he shared her thoughts with her.. and she made sure the room has photos of asad for the infant to recognize her father.. and made everything in her power to make asad a part of them..

As anwar finished telling asad , he just sat motionless... he knows zoya included him their life.. but never thought to this instant.
An: when asya was two and half, she started missing u asad.. as kids grow.. we cant fool them.. so zoya decided to bring her back to u.. and she informed as.. about her decision.. we were so happy..
Ze: but u know she also added the bomb that she will leave asya with u and come back..
An: but before Zeenat could pounce on zoya.. I stopped her..
An: I know zoya.. she cant live without asya... and I was so sure that u will be able to convince her with ur love... see i.e what happened.. and I am so happy for u both..
Hu:.. but appi could have called u jeeju.. one phone.. u would have been there with her..
A: yeah... but she wanted me to take the step..i should have made the phonecall humi, or went after her to NY...it is all my fault...I always make her suffer... I never listen to her either.. she always tells me to use my heart instead of mind... But I don't listen to her... and with that he kept his hands on his face and covered...
Asya who was sitting in her abbu laps.. turned around and hugged her father and poured her father face with kisses..asad realized that if something can pull u out of ur misery is the cuteness and innocent love of his daughter.. and he relaxed under the hold.. and reciprocated her gesture.. with the whole family enjoyed the sweet scene.
Hu: appi and jeeju u both are really nice person.. I just don't get why gul never used u both as a full time actor for her serial... 😆
Ze: asad will u wake up ur sleeping beauty.. I have something to discuss.. I wanted to go ajmer dargah. I promised I will come there and will offer my prayer once zoya was married.. I almost planned it for when we planned u guys wedding.. for the first time.. now everything is smooth.. I want to take u both with me to offer my prayers..so r u free
A: yeah I am free appi.. but I have to confirm with zoya before finalizing anything..
Ze: ofcourse.. biwi ki chamchee... and lovingly pulled his cheeks..
Asad excused himself and took the hangover tray and entered their room.. he was greeted by a peaceful zoya sleeping in the bed.. looking at zoya, he was once again filled with guilt, he kept the tray next to her and caressed her face... this movement of asad woke her up and she give him a innocent smile and pecked his lips..
Z: good morning baby..
A: good morning...
Zoya looked at asad, and her eyes moved to the tray...
Z: so sweet of u baby.. u got all this for my hangover...
A: yeah.. drink the juice.. he gave her the juice.. zoya could sense asad was off.. bcoz whenever she addressed him as baby he will reply back with sweety.. bcoz of their conv in the past with Mr.Bhatvedkar..
Z: u know asad... the juice is really nice... see I am a lucky girl.. to get a husband like u.. how spoil his wife..
The word lucky from zoya was the last straw for asad... he made her life miserable..
A: don't say that... he said... zoya kept her juice and pulled asad closer.. and held his face in between her palms.. and looked up... all she could in his face and eyes.. were guilt ,torture and helplessness. It was just pleading to her.
A: I am so sorry zoya... was all asad could utter..
Zoya just held asad face to her bosoms and hugged him close...asad buried his in between her bosoms and held her tightly and kept repeating his words...
Zoya thought to herself.. zoya.. u and ur bloody mouth.. I am sure u told him something last night... but she held on to him tightly.. and slowly asad recovered from his guilt.. but zoya was lost somewhere.. asad face in between her bosoms, awakened her in another world.. his every movement of his face, stirred something inside her.. as asad slowly came into present he realized his postion.. and his mouth started working on his own... And a moan from zoya made him look up at her.. and the lips.. inviting him...on their own.. and he dived inside them for a breath taking kiss.. after sometime he withdrew to the shocking look of zoya. He nodded his head in a No.. and got to up to lock the door and curtain their window.. and then joined her for their morning session of love making..
Guys, don't blame them making love in the morning in a house filled with people.. my asad and zoya was bolted their attractions and needs for each other for nearly 5 years.. and regarding the noise don't worry, zoya may be loud, but asad knows how to use his lips to shut her up and he moved into the bathroom for their climax, as a precaution.😉

Few things to share.
I love anwar, i.e why I added a flashback here...
I know I am not frequent in updating as I used too... but I planned upto asya wedding.. so for post wedding.. I have get ideas.. to put write them...
Planning to end around part 50.. hopefully I will be able to bring a pregnant zoya and afzal by then, but I read somewhere in the comment they want to see how they will be as a family...😛
On a personal front, today I successfully completed my first year in research, I wrote the last course work of mine in the morning.. feeling relived as well as tensed.. bcoz I cant hid behind my course work anymore.. so my real work starts...hope to publish atleast 2 international by the end 2014...just saying it aloud... will motivate me to work better..😊
