regarding the comparison thing...they do compare everyone with anandi...even ganga is being compared with anandi so many times...we can't do anything here 😛

i don't see anything wrong in western thinking also...every person has it's own thinking and just becoz soemone's thinking doesn't match indian thinking doesn't mean it'a wrong...i am an indian but i find nothing great about indian thinking and do not think one has think like indian all the time...if we can adopt western culture than why is wrong to aodpt some part of western thinking?

the examples you gave for villages girl are not village girl...they are ladies and all are i age of grandmas so what thye did and do is not really unreal...in fact they all seem very real even if bad...i am tlaking about girls who are in age group of anandi...we have ganga, asha and phooli who stayed in village and have shown in such postive manner and one village was shown negative when she shifted to city...as for modern girls i think they ahve to some extent even mashed up ashima's image specially in view of indian viewers...look at from an eyes of indian viewer...do you think they would call a girl very good and equal to anandi who slept with a boy before marriage...so in the end they even made ashima's image bad 😡

once chotima made a comment that love of village girl is not fake like city girl that changes or becomes very expressive...soemhwere it showed the thinking of both dialogue writer and storywriter...why did chotima had to sya such thing about city girl...even city girl has heart and fall in love

somewhere or the other they have hardly shown anyhting good about city people and the people they showed good was shown messed up or they themselevs started doing the jaap of ''village girl being excellent and city girl being nothing''

But rural girl Anandi is still ideal. Even her outings happen when elders tell her to go out or when there is a plan to help elders and solve family problems.

Agreed on point that attack of BV CVs has mainly been on women. Almost as if they are peddling an agenda on how women should be! In contrast even female leads in historical and mythological shows these days are stronger than those in BV.

BV lead women are the weakest woman i have ever seen anywhere on television and if they want to make every woman in our country like them than carpet business in India soon shut down 😆

Maybe they should have village girl (sanchi version2), with she hounding Shiv(Jagya has had too many ladies in his life, so its enough for him😆).

Edit: Just now i remembered. Already there was one such bad village girl girl played by Sakshi Tanwar - Teepri😆. That track was also annoying like sanchi.

i actually don't know..As far as im concerned since Dadu was in the army wouldn't he get some pension (i don't know how it works in India) as a retired officer..Mahi plays cricket but i highly doubt for free...Along is a business man...probably don't always go in to work..but he has meetings of and on?Sancho is still a student ...Anandi does social service...Shiv is a collector...what more?
