In order to get the custody of Roohi.. Raman may decide to show a fake marriage with Ishita .. means Judge may ask to decide to Roohi with whom she wants to stay and Raman marries ishita and presents ishita as new mom.

However the condition is that Ishita comes to know real face of Shagun and Asok and agrees to help Raman (more to Roohi).

My mind is going wild..

yes thats possible. ..I think after mihika told her abt shagun and ashok enjoying@ party, leaving ruhi alone@ home, she will now closely look how s shagun's behavior towards ruhi...but one thing is sure its ishita who will help raman to get ruhi's custody 😳

My thoughts are that ishita will get to know the truth about ramans wife and offer to help him get roohi's custody by marrying him and thus convince the court that Raman will provide a better home fir the child
