Can you guys post the names of some reality shows like BB ? I'm not really in touch with Indian TV except BB. Here are the ones I know about :

- I remember back in 09 there was a reality show called "Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao" with Sky, Shweta, Chetan, Anaida, Nigar etc. Whatever happened to that ? They never followed it up with another installment.

- Survivor show where they spend months on an island (similar to the jungle show.)

- Love lockup

- Mehmannawazi

- Then there's emotional atyachar which I think is just vile but I enjoyed the Raja Chaudhary - Shraddha episode. Raja's reaction after getting caught was epic 😆

In around august this year Colors acquired the rights to Iss Jungle... when they decide to get season 2 in action i have no idea. Dont expect it anytime soon coz they have a whole lineup for new shows not to mention India's got talent will start soon and khatron ke khiladi shooting is about to begin as well so anything will be after that.

Apart from BB, I only watch Roadies.

Season XI is supposed to air in Jan so looking forward to it.

what is Love lockup and Mehmannawazi like? anything like Bigg Boss... Is it worth watching?

I don't know about Love Lockup but Mehman Nawazi is Come Dine with me Indian version.

Oh I love Come Dine with me... but I am more fond of Bigg Boss kinda reality shows... locked up for long

Love lock up is alright, if you like BB you will like it too. They basically look up a couple (celeb or non celeb) in a house that have some on going issues in their relationship. Personally, I only watch the celeb episodes , the non celeb ones don't interest me.

Mehman nawazi is a milder, 20-20 like version of Bigg boss. There's no love shove friendship drama, just straight up jealousy and fights 😆 all packaged in several segments that each last one week. The show itself ran for like 3 months. There is a different set of contestants (all celeb) every week. VJ Andy won the first season. The fun part is they bring in many of the ex-BB contestants. This season of BB had Sangram, Andy, Shilpa, Sofia all of whom participated in Mehmannawazi so colors is also using this show as a auditioning platform for BB.
