I have been reading articles and posts on this forum about Karan's leaving the serial QH.

For me the story doesnt match with the handling of the issue from both channel and Karan. On one hand, channel claims he has been unprofessional for past few months and thus resulting him being sacked. but we saw him given a lot of importance and exposure at the zee rishtey awards, from their promo which only had karan and shalini and not even surbhi to their posters, event promos, best jodi, best bhai, hosting the show etc., and him being present at the 300 episode celebration when even surbhi was not there, etc. all these things keep me wondering what went so wrong between the two (read as karan and channel) that things got so dirty and the channel had to literally defame him publicly, afterall this is not the first time a lead is being replaced in indian tv (thats what i have heard and read) but things dont get this messy or does this happen every time a lead is replaced??

On other hand, karan choosing to tell his side of the story to Telly chakkar, which i have always heard is not a relaible source at all, and not to any other channel or newspaper as this story has been blown out of proportion and his image is being tarnished right, left and centre. even the person whose tweets have been floating, if you read the tweets they are quite conflicting with the article.

If a person's reputation is being tarnished at this level, where he may find it difficult to work with other channel or production houses, Karan's reaction is also not very understandable (atleast to me).

Is this some sort of publicity stunt from the channel since controversies seem to get more attention from the public these days and there are new more interesting shows coming up on other channels (may be). i have never been a Karan fan, since this is my first indian show, but i appreciate his acting and i would confess that asad was my favourite character in the show and he did play it as it was written for him only.

But whatever i have read so far just doesn't make sense to me or i can say that the things just dont add up (for me atleast).

As I said in another post, its ironical that viewers like us are having such a hard time letting go and yet, the man who made Asad Ahmed Khan come to life had planned to walk away from it all in a year when he signed on for the show. Dont get me wrong, im sure it must have been a tough decision to make when his contract expired. After all, dont you think that if fans got attached to AsYa, then KSG must have also? After all, he was one half of the duo?

Something tells me that there is more to the story than we were are being told, something more than his illness, but unfortunatey, we may never come to know the truth behind it all. Not from Zee at least. Who knows, maybe Gul Khan or Surbhi might shed some light one day, but till then, we just have to live with the fact that KSG is now gone and someone else is taking his place.

These questions going thru my mind right now...

1. Why did Gul continue the storyline in this way if she knew he might leave in a year? Why didnt she try to wrap up and at least give us a Nikaah before KSG left?

2. If she knew that KSG was only signing up for one year, why did she agree to it in the first place. I read somewhere that she wrote the character of AAK with KSG in mind, so is that why she let him sign on only for a year? Or did she think that QH wouldnt last for more than a year anyways?

3. Did Zee force to Gul to extend the story of QH to cash in on AsYas popularity? Is that why we were getting the Bhaiseena crap?

4. Why were Asya being promoted so much for ZRA if they knew he was leaving? They gave him the finale performance for gods sake!

I don't understand why the PH is keeping mum in all this.

Only Ajay Bhalwankar and supposedly Karan is speaking and his co-actors are also being asked to stay mum.

Shalini said he has some bagged movie.. seemed to know nothing about his ailment. F 32 said GWS KSG and wished him luck but did not address the TOI article or the TC one at all.

SJ and Neha said he has not been unprofessional and never came drunk on the sets. MS was shocked to hear this news.

Raj Baddhan is the guy who was giving false info regarding rumours about Surbhi getting fired so I don't believe anything he said except the screen shots he gave.

The guy who KSG has supposedly been replaced with is tweeting about his wife but didn't mention he joined QH. Why?

KSG has not been unprofessional in anything IMO. He is extremely dedicated to his work to the extent of harming himself for it. And I don't doubt his being ill as we have seen him come back to sets really weak after recovering from Food Poisoning and he has been getting ill for quite some time.

Exactly, after they have been playing a role for such a long period of time and getting so much accolade

I have just one question if Karan's contract was only for a year with the channel why didn't GUL show the main plot for a year..they could have easily shown their main plot and by now they could hv ended the show..but no they had to show all the heck illogical tracks of haseena n tanveer n wat not...the show had a strong story but they had to ruin it with all new entries..utterbullshit...y did they promote their pair ASYA so much if one fine day they had to be replaced...easily in 1 n half years the show could have been completed..atleast millions of fans all around the world wouldn't have been heartbroken...so mean...we waited for ASYA nikah n gaffur reveal for so long n what we get at the end Karan(Asad) quitting the show...

I still feel some pieces of this puzzle is missing...
I am sure he is sick as surbhi and himself have mentioned it in many of their interviews...
But still I am searching for those missing pieces!?

That's what i am saying that things just dont add up. if it was all pre-planned, then why all the fuss now and why this blame game. this all could have happened on a happier note in a more civil manner. and why at this time when karan is not in town apparently.

that only the concerned people, i mean PH and the Channel can answer. i am no one to answer. what i have been thinking is why they chose to do it this way and why at this time when karan apparantely is out of station, he hasnt been shooting since last week, why not one week earlier??? there are so many question that arise in mind regarding this fiasco, and nothing is making sense to me.

You should not expect anything from this PH 4Lions, coz they always keep mum in times like this. I have seen it happening with their other show Arjun on StarPlus...so many ppl left , but they never explained anything, rumours were floating here and there, still they stayed mum 😡 😡 😡
They never give a damn abt the viewers, that is why they never explain anything !!! They know the viewers only when they need votes 😡 😡
What I didn't expect was the Channel stooping this low to defame him in such a way 🤬

But you are right...some things don't add up. If he was so unprofessional, then why did he stay back longer after his contract expired ??? He should have walked away without informing anyone, coz he was in his right !!!!
Gul Khan said that AAK was written with KSG in mind, then why did she sign him up when he agreed to stay only for 1 year ??? Is that called professionalism of the PH ???? What had Gul Khan expected actually ???
And why did KSG himself denied all the time that he wasn't leaving the show when rumours started floating around abt his role in another show 😕

I guess something must have happened and the PH and the Channel are not willing to admit, but rather throw their dirt on someone else
