Buddies cast ur votes & if u think she is selfish then giv the reason & if nt also giv the reason 😃 This is for healthy dicussions & want to know ur opinions...no bashing at all...okkk...😃 I think she is selfish..& always she wants wht she loves & then may be that belongs to others..but at any cost she wants that..

I think she is a bit selfish when it cums to her kamla maa.Otherwise she is nice at least she is not like her evil brother prem 😡

Grown up Pakhi so far doesn't *SEEM* to be selfish like younger one...

But in future, when it will come to Raghav.. I am not sure.. really nature of Pakhi will come out really soon..
when it comes to Kamla.. again during childhood she was, not as grown up... It is always unfortunate thing that she comes at wrong time... But it is never her fault.. she is little brainless though for sure..

I voted for can't say. Yes she does have selfish tendencies but non which are deliberate. She just wants love and her own mum is not giving her that whereas kamla maa is. If you can argue Paakhi is selfish you can also argue that Kamla maa is biased as she seems to give more love to paakhi comparing to Kalpi. From what I observed it is not Paakhi that is making Kalpi feel unloved but Kamla maa as she gives more attention to Paakhi. To sum up, the only person that's causing problems is Kamla maa as she does not know how to evenly distribute love to both her daughters one biological and one not.

Well I voted Yes..

I will forgive her in Childhood but

in Adulthood

She still goes out of her way to make Kamla focus on her only.

The Birthday was very obvious. She expected Kamla to spend the whole day with her and did not even consider Kalpi. She kept calling and interrupting Kalpi's birthday party. She brought attention to herself, taking it from Kalpi. She crashed and Kalpi's day was ruined. She never gets it, because she does not really care.

The bet even more so, she wants to win so Kamla as she quoted "will live with her forever." Seriously, who would wish for that? The lady has a family and deserves to rest her body from all that housework over the years.

She is well aware that Kalpi is bothered by their relationship, as she said so herself when she told Kalpi she knows why she wants her Mother to quit being a maid, to be away from her.

Kamla is constantly humiliated at her house, yet she wants her there at all cost.

She does not care that being a maid is not a nice job and is only done when one cannot do better.

A truly unselfish person would not want the person they love to ever be in these situations. Her only concern is that she gets this love, it is her obsession.. Obsession is never borne out of unselfishness.

She vies for Kamla's attention even when she clearly sees Kamla tending to Kalpi.

She is only nice to Kalpi, because she is Kamla's daughter. However, when it comes to getting her way, such as the bet, she suddenly forgets the importance of Kalpi.

She likes Kalpi as long as her relationship with Kamla Ma is not threatened. that is selfishness and it is deliberate not by accident.

I don't think she is evil but selfishness is not a good thing either. it is a weakness in her that is not good and someone needs to make her know that.

Pakhi is not really bad or evil. She is a little spoilt but she does genuinely love her Kamla Ma and has tried to help them save the chawl. She is so much better the other evil trio - her parents and brother Prem.
