I know most of us are very happy that Dilshad gave Shireen and Razia and piece of her mind and they absolutely deserved it.
However, the one thing the I took away from this episode and the past few episodes is how one man's actions can bring so much hate, angst and pain to so many people.

This whole saga of Rashid and his two wives is very melodramatic but there is truth in it. Islam has allowed men to marry 4 times and many men exercise this. Many women either accept or leave their husbands.

This track just makes me wonder, these women must go through so much pain when their husband's remarry. Islam only allowed 4 marriages, but Allah has said that if you cant handle it then only marry once. Rashid obviously could not handle it. His actions, lack of nobility, and irresponsible behavior has led to this day.

As he sleeps, his two wives are fighting like dogs making a mockery of themselves, and their children. In reality is it possible to respect such parents? For these children to have faith in love and the institution of marriage? Ayaan was so hurt that he left. Asad has been hurting his entire life. Najma, Nikhat and everyone embarrassed, confused and hurt.

Wouldn't life have been more peaceful if Rashid just married once? Wouldn't his children be happier. Wouldn't all these characters be able to look themselves in the mirror without humiliation?

I dont know where this track is going, but I hope at some point they address that although Muslim men can only 4 times, perhaps they forget the pain that they are causing their wives and children...their actions may be legitimate, most men are never able to treat two wives the same and keep both happy It has the potential of destroying families and people.

I just want to ask Rashid, Shireen and Dilshad: What did you get out of all this? Is there any peace in this situation? Any happiness?

Very well said . Culture and Traditions . Two opposite sides of a coin .
Culture is religious based and stands firm with religion only . Traditions are man made and was made to the satisfaction of the law makers accordingly . The daughters in reality were just that until marriage . After marriage they became mere objects which now has no control over their lives ..
What we are actually seeing in the middle of this drama is where these laws will be analyzed and may propose many changes so women can be the ones to have a say and make choices on their own instead of being traded off to the highest bidder !!
This is only my opinion ..

or perhaps these women need to realize that their is another option. they can choose their own dignity and divorce a husband that prefers someone else. law and religion has given them that right.
anything has to be better than what dilshad and shireen and their children are currently living through.
and the saddest part is that neither of them have any anger towards the person who has put them in this situation. do they not see where rashid's decsions and desires have brought both of them? does it not bother them that rashid is not the one answering anyones accusations whereas dilshad and shireen are defending themselves against labels like first wife, second wife and chodi hui aurat? and then when their children rightfully accuse and question rashid, both these women silence them. what can be more humiliating?
