JA Dec 10th - Tasneem track ends with an Anti Climax!

In my review yesterday, I very confidently predicted how Jalal had a master plan. How wrong was I, like a regular soap serial the heroine comes up with a plan. Many in the forum wanted Jodha to come up with a solution and their wish came true. I did not enjoy that though because it was done to gain the TRPs and show how a woman can do everything. Ofcourse I am not against that idea, but I am not a feminist either. Jalal told many dear ones that they need not worry, he understands his role as a husband/son/brother/king. It seemed like he had it all figured out and I thought he knew that divorce would not happen. I am very sorry to say but just so that TRPs could be gained by showing Jodha with brains, they made the character Jalal lose. I do not enjoy the serials where NARI does everything and can never err in anyway. I was happy in a way that atleast Jo was not shown perfect, but this turn in events disappointed me completely.

I was also tired of watching Ruqu's constant repeated miserable state. I did not enjoy the way she wanted Jodha to dress her up. What crap? They are stretching this track with melodrama, and today was overdone to the extent where we could not feel pain of Ruqu. Instead I was feeling when will CVs stop the torture by stopping Ruqu's constant drama. The aim should have been to show her emotions so that we could relate to Ruqu's pain. More than enough was done to that effect yesterday itself, today's additional scenes were just unbearable.

Jodha's idea about solving the issue seemed to have come out of nowhere. I did not enjoy the fact that Jalal was ready to actually divorce Ruqu. He was in this helpless state just to do the right thing. This is so unlike the iconic Akbar we all know. Could anyone have manipulated a king in this manner? We are not watching 'Gandhi the great', but 'Akbar the great' show. Jalal has TEDA methods to get back to the TEDA folks. This was the main reason I did not enjoy Jodha coming up with the solution.

The only thing that I enjoyed today was MA's shock and worry for her son. Its true that sometimes unknowingly parents can be the biggest cause of their kids misery. MA has constantly encouraged Adham's evil behavior. She feels the milk debt will protect both her and AK. She does not realize that the milk debt is because of Jalal. She encourages Adham to throw mud at Jalal and his dear ones. Its a matter of fact before the milk protection wears off. I am waiting for that day...
