Anurag Dobhal’s manager Rohit Panday issues statement: ‘Don’t spread fake news’

YouTuber and Bigg Boss 17 contestant Anurag Dobhal recently sustained serious injuries after his car collided with a divider on the Delhi–Dehradun highway while he was driving at a speed of around 140 kmph. The accident raised concern among his fans and followers after news of the incident surfaced online. Following the crash, Anurag was immediately taken to the hospital, where he was admitted to the ICU for treatment.

Since the accident, updates on his health have been shared by his manager, Rohit Panday, who has been posting on social media about his condition.

Manager Rohit Panday Shares Official Health Update

Rohit Panday recently posted an update clarifying that he is the only person authorised to share official information about Anurag’s health. In his post, he asked people not to believe rumours or misleading information being spread online.

Rohit wrote that he had a conversation with Anurag before he was taken to the operation theatre. According to his statement, Anurag was taken to the OT for treatment of fractures. He also asked people not to make assumptions or believe rumours regarding the situation.

In the post, Rohit further mentioned that Anurag’s close friends and family members were present at the hospital, including Ritika Bhabhi. He addressed some videos circulating on social media that claimed no one was present with Anurag during this difficult time.

Manager Urges People Not To Spread Rumours

Responding to those claims, Rohit requested people not to spread rumours and hatred. He also addressed individuals making fake videos about the situation and asked them not to spread misinformation to gain views on social media.

He further urged fans not to target or spread hate towards anyone during this time. Rohit emphasised that the only priority for everyone right now is Anurag’s health and recovery.

In the same statement, Rohit clearly stated that, as Anurag Dobhal’s manager, he is the only person authorised to provide official news and updates on his condition. He also warned people not to believe influencers or creators who may be sharing unverified information for views.

Accident Comes After Emotional Social Media Post

For the past few days, Rohit has been providing continuous updates on Anurag’s health to keep fans informed. These updates have helped address the growing concern among followers who have been worried after hearing about the accident.

Earlier, during an Instagram live session, Anurag, also known as UK07 Rider, spoke about feeling isolated and said he had no one to turn to at the time. His emotional statements had already attracted attention online before the accident occurred.

Reports also mentioned that Anurag was driving his Toyota Fortuner SUV on the Delhi–Meerut Expressway at speeds between 140 and 150 kmph before the accident took place.

Before the crash, Anurag had also shared a distressing post on Instagram where he alleged that he was facing mental harassment and torture. In that post, he had also released what he described as his “last video.”

In the video, he blamed his parents and siblings for their alleged mistreatment. According to him, the conflict stemmed from their opposition to his inter-caste marriage. He also claimed that his family had refused to allow his wife, Ritika Chauhan, to enter the house.

The situation surrounding the accident and his earlier statements has led to a lot of discussion among fans online. However, Rohit Panday has requested people to avoid spreading rumours and instead focus on Anurag’s recovery as he continues to receive medical treatment.
