wow this girl do anything for publicity yes in deed Arman is wrong.But she is also not doing anything less calling him Basxxxd now going to police for sexual harrassement

Nope, she is filing complaint against Armaan for allegedly hitting her with a mop and not for sexual harassment as you mentioned. If that was her reason, then she should file it against Kushal as he called her 'Maal'.

But by this yardstick, Armaan can file a counter complaint against her for pushing him, which we all saw on national TV. Andy can file complaints against Kushal also for physical violence & threatening to kill him and Tanisha can file against Kushal for verbal assault and demeaning women - all of these are punishable under law if reported...

I am sure BB has some clause in their contracts which takes care of the legal angle...

I saw khushal telling her go to media talk about this Guy now she is saying they told her to go to police may be .But they are ruining their career with her.

By the same token, Kushal can go complain about Tanisha pushing him 3 times. Verbal assault doesn't get you jail time and neither does threats, unfortunately. The police need it to get physical and in Tani-Kushal's case, she got physical, not him. In Andy-Kushal case, Kushal got physical. Sofia Armaan both got physical.
