Sophia is not a kid... She has taken her own decision of filing a case...

But I don't know why they are dragging Gauhar and kushal into this,when the major fault is with Armaan and the BB team who failed to assure her that she got a fair decision.

And they were asking her to go to media and not police...Since many people said it was a publicity stunt, she would have decided to do so to make sure what she meant was true... Possibilities are there...

yea she isn't a baby who would listen to very single thing someone tells her! I'm pretty sure that she wanted to do this herself, because no one would take such a big decision because of other people, because they are not the ones that will face the consequences, sofia is the one that will! 🥱

May be Gau-Kush gave her an idea to go to Police but I think India Police are also not Kid who blindly follow and believe Sofia.. They also do investigation than took him to Jail..

Sofia clearly stated in her press interviews that Kushal and Gauhar asked her to go to police. She said it was Kushal who told her to file an FIR and being an UK citizen she'd never heard of one earlier. So the instigation part is clear and just cannot be hidden...

She also mentioned that Kushal and Gauhar will be her eye witnesses for this case. So it's all pre planned.
