People love to hear sugar coated things. The truth is, you cannot be great friends here with your colleagues coz you're competing for the same films. What good is friendship if you're secretly hoping that the other falters or fails so you can benefit?

Well, I'm sure some would rather be "friends" and then backbite, but guess Kareena prefers not to go down that route.😉

If you're secure in your place and confident of your talent, you won't be threatened by your friend. In fact, you would wish good for your friend too. It's called magnanimity. Which Kareena is certainly not.

Kareena is insecure and doesn't believe in herself, which explains her behaviour.

Of course, she is human and it's human to be jealous of your peers' success. But no heroine in the history of Indian cinema would have spit so much venom on her colleagues. She has no class and is extremely covetous.
