Anupamaa: Death was written in Anupama's fate, but Prarthana makes a bold sacrifice

Tonight's Anupamaa episode begins with Anupama questioning Prerna about what exactly happened in Delhi. Prerna then opens up and tells her about the moment she shared with Prem. Hearing this leaves Anupama completely shocked. Pari, noticing Anupama's reaction, asks her to stay calm and take care of herself. Meanwhile, Prem quietly decides to drink some water.

Trying to understand the situation, Anupama asks Prerna directly whether Prem also has feelings for her. Prerna replies that Prem does not love her at all and, in fact, he doesn't even want to see her face.

Anupama then questions Prerna about why she is still staying at Rahi's house after everything that has happened. She asks her whether she ever thought about Rahi, who trusted her and treated her like a close friend. At that moment, Anupama is reminded of her past experiences with Kavya and Maya, and those memories leave her shaken.

Prerna admits that she did think about Rahi, but she explains that she could not control the feelings she developed for Prem. According to her, loving someone is not a crime. However, Anupama strongly disagrees and says that loving another woman's husband is absolutely wrong. Prerna argues that in today's modern world, it is not unusual for someone to fall in love with a married man.

Prem then steps in and tries to clear the confusion in front of Anupama. While listening to everything, Anupama once again recalls Maya and begins to see many similarities between Maya's actions and Prerna's behaviour. Prem tells Anupama that Prerna had even begged him regarding her feelings. Hearing this makes Anupama think about Rahi and how her situation is starting to resemble her own painful past. She worries about how Rahi will react once she learns the full truth.

Just then, Rahi interrupts the conversation between Prem and Anupama. Prem tells Rahi that he only loves her but admits that he made a mistake by hiding the truth from her earlier. Prerna interrupts and clarifies that Prem is not at fault and that her feelings for him are completely one-sided. She openly says that Prem never encouraged her emotions. Prem says he is ready to speak for himself, but Prerna continues to insist that Prem does not love her.

Rahi then calmly says that she trusts Prem completely and that Prerna does not need to explain anything on his behalf.

Later, Anupama speaks to both Rahi and Prem about the importance of honesty in a relationship. She explains that when a husband and wife begin to hide things from each other, it puts their love and trust in danger.

Turning to Prerna, Anupama firmly tells her that falling in love with another woman's husband is wrong. She bluntly says that Prerna's actions are completely unacceptable. Anupama reminds her that Prem is Rahi's husband and not an object that someone can simply choose to love. She orders Prerna to stay away from both Prem and Rahi and asks her to leave the house immediately.

Prerna pleads with Anupama not to throw her out. But Anupama coldly replies that Prerna has been alone for many years already and should be able to survive on her own again. Prerna emotionally explains that she has no one in her life and that it took her great effort to form relationships with people here. Despite her request, Anupama still insists that she must leave.

Pari questions how Prerna can continue living in the Kothari house after everything that has happened. Anupama tells Prerna to collect her belongings from the Kothari house and come along with her. She makes it clear that when she asks her to leave, she must obey. Prerna then argues that her career has just begun and that she is also working with Prem. Anupama replies that she has witnessed similar situations before and refuses to change her decision.

Prerna then turns to Rahi and requests her to allow her to stay, saying that she only wants to remain for the sake of Prem's dream. Hearing this, Anupama warns Rahi not to repeat the mistake she once made while helping Kavya. Rahi, however, believes that Prerna can continue working with Prem professionally.

Anupama tries to explain to Rahi that Prem does not need Prerna to achieve his goals. She asks her to carefully think about everything Prerna has said. But Rahi refuses to ask Prerna to leave because of the deal they have. Prem also tells Rahi that he does not need Prerna's help. Anupama warns Rahi that if she ignores the situation now, she might regret it later. Eventually, Anupama decides that she will take Prerna with her.

Even then, Rahi chooses to trust Prerna as a professional partner. Anupama reminds Rahi of her own past experiences and urges her not to risk her marriage by supporting Prerna. Rahi asks Anupama to believe in her judgment. However, Anupama firmly states that Rahi's decision is wrong.

Rahi then asks Prerna whether she truly feels guilty about what happened. Prerna admits that she does feel guilty for her actions. After hearing this, Rahi decides to give her another chance. She then tells Prem that he has broken her trust by hiding the truth. Prem apologises and promises Rahi that he will never keep anything from her again.

In the precap, Prarthana decides that she wants to take the baby to the temple. Vasundhara objects and declares that no one will leave the house. However, Prarthana says that Anupama will accompany her to the temple. While they are on the way, a truck suddenly comes speeding toward Anupama. Prarthana manages to push Anupama out of danger but ends up getting hit by the truck herself, leaving both Anupama and Ansh completely shocked.
