Written Update- March 20, 2007

Kusum's Cabin
A worker comes in and gives Kusum a file. She looks it over and calls someone.

Kapoor House: Sarla and Kusum
Kusum tells Sarla that Abhay is doing all of this because of Esha
Sarla says that uptil now i have overlooked all of his mistakes thinking he will become mature and learn by himself but when he called yesterday and told me he wanted his inheritance, i knew that this was not my Abhay anymore.
Kusum says that he probably has a reason 4 doing this.
Sarla gets irratated She tells Kusum that she should forget him, he is really selfish.
Kusum is shocked. She says i believe he could never do this
Sarla says even after he left his home, these doors were open 4 him because we all thought he'd come back but now these doors r closed 4 him forever.
Kusum says that uptil now, i have never asked u for anything, but now i will. She says i wish for u not 2 b mad at him.
Sarla tells her that if she asked 4 something 4 herself then I would give it 2 u in a instant but not 4 Abhay.
Sarla leaves
Kusum is sad. She says that this was 4 me. She drives 2 her house.

Nitin's office- Nitin, Esha, Arundati, Nikita, Lalit
Nitin tells her that this is all of Abhays inheritance. He hands her a file. She looks over it. She seems confused.
Esha says that there should b double this amount Everyone is shocked.
Arundati says that maybe Abhay wants all of his inherietance, from the house as well as the business/ shares.
Esha says yes Abhay said that was what he wanted.
Nitin gets angry and rises from his chair. He says Abhay will not get anything at all.
Lalit tells him to relax, they can come up with a solution calmly. Esha's lawyer say the same thing.
Esha says i have all of the paperwork here (She gives them 2 Lalit)

Kusum's Home
Kusum is pacing around in her room. Aai comes in.
Aai asks Kusum whats wrong.
Kusum says i no Esha very well, she will do anything 2 get what she wants. Abhay could never do this.
Aai says even if u r right u can't do anything so come and eat.

Kapoor House- Entire Family
Nikkita and Arundati talk about Esha.
Sarla gets angry and tells them 2 shut up.
Lalit wlks in and says that Esha is selling all of Abhay's property.
Everyone is shocked.
Nikita says she probably wants the $ 2 settle in London
Lalit says that we have 2 do something
Nitin and Sarla say there is nothing we can do.

Kusum's Home
Kusum gets a call from Prithi telling her that Esha is in Abhay's cabin.
Kusum calls Nitin and they talk about Abhay and/or Esha selling the shares. They agree 2 meet at the office.

Office-Abhays Cabin
Esha is looking through files when Kusum comes in and says her name. Esha is shocked.
Kusum says u cannot sell anything and i will b the 1 that stops u. She says i am Abhays wife so i am 50% partner of all of his shares and without my consent, nothing can be sold.
Esha says u r 2 late. She shows Kusum the signed divorce papers and signed power of attorney papers.
Esha calls Prithi.
Esha tells her 2 write a dissmissal letter 4 Kusum. Both r shocked.
Prithi says that if u dismiss her then everyone will leave, type the letter urself.
She and Prithi leave.

Kusum's House
Kusum tells Aai everything. Aai is shocked.
Kusum says Abhay could not do this.
Aai asks why not
Kusum says my mind and heart don't believe it. She says i wish i could talk 2 him.
Kusum's cell phone rings.
She is happy because its Abhay.
