I don't know what's the term for serials, but for in the field of writing, there is process called "Proofreading".

What do they do, shoot the scenes, join the scenes and upload...

They are shooting with two units. One is getting the main track shot i.e. Asad, Ayaan, RaDil, etc.

The other is doing the Qureshi crap. Even the writers are probably split out.

VM is leaving, Dillu is changing houses, Asad is going bonkers, new guy is coming to SM...so the concentration is on that track. However, we can't have 5-10 min episodes since this story is still being hashed out.

Hence the qureshi stuff. It was obvious from the dialogues and execution that the writers and directors are not the same for the two scenes.

Rivs, they are definitely shooting with two units, even the SM and KV were shot with two different units. But that's where the editing comes into play.

At least the 4 mins of KV should have been shown uninterrupted. I actually got a jolt when suddenly loud music came out of nowhere.
