Okay so i happened to watch the epi cos a contestant i dislike was back on BBđĄđ And i couldn't help but make a post cos i loved itđ There was something really really sensitive and bittersweet about the whole Dilshad-Asad scene..Asad's love for his mom has stood out on a lot of occasions on this show..If there is one person Asad has never failed, then thats his mom..The guy literally worships her and i have felt he suffers from borderline Oedipus complex issuesđđ But yeah, the point is there was something adorable about the bond these two shared..I still remember that epi where Asad defends his mom in front of Shireen and Razia after the whole play fiasco where Dilshad & Rashid were caught talking to each other..Or the one where he tells Ayaan 'mera poora wajood meri ammi ki badaulath hai'..Asad is damaged & as a consequence, he is super possessive & protective about his mother..As i mentioned the other day, if Dilshad wants him to choose between her and Zoya, he'l choose his mom in a heartbeat..Thats how much he values and treasures him ammi..And my heart broke seeing his state today I can imagine how traumatic it must be for him to see his mom go away..He worked hard to make sure his mom never feels the void left by her hubby and yet he realizes that nothing can ever fill that void..The void left by a loser called Rashidđ There was something really really poignant about the way he kissed her forehead..So much warmth with a tinge of desperation..I can't believe Dilshad decides to leave after all this..I don fault her decision but the manner in which she is going about the whole thing is insensitive as hell She is actually leaving without informing him? What the hell?đ Asad will always remain the biggest bechara on this showđ
P.S. I din watch the rest of the epi cos i din want this scene to be ruined in my head..It was that good..Kudos to KSGđ
