can't kalpi learn swimming?

i find it so wierd...
Kamla and pooki still thougt that kalpi cannot swim from what they saw in childhood???? I MEAN grow up people... Swimming isn't something impossible to learn... In these years...
And specially a girl like kalpi who is insecure.. That tomorrow if I again i am pushed in water with only mom around... Amd my mom might never save me... I have to save myself... With this thing in mind I think any girl can learn her life saving skills.. Including swimming... Claps to lost logic of Kamla and paaki...

After what Kamla did to her, she would want to learn to swim, because she knows she can't depend on her.. That is a horrible thing for a child to carry around in her heart.

Kamla has the nerve to be confused about Kalpi's distance. She is lucky Kalpi still cares for her. I would never have come back home after boarding school. I would only send money for her by post or whatever method and the occasional phone call. I would be all about my Father and Brother.

Kamla should just understand that its Kalpi who is her daughter not pookhi ... She plays the role of mother of any other child other than her own daughter ...

I appreciate Kalpi for handling things in a mature way . Any kid is bound to get insecure when he/she sees his/her mother pampering and caring any other kid , even when the other kids is his / her own sibling. I can never react in the way she does ..

Kamla might provide Kalpi with the best education . But it would mean nothing as it is not what Kalpi wants ...All Kalpi needed and needs is some attention from her mom . Its difficult for Kamla to make it up . Moreover it is already late . Kalpi has lost her entire childhood ...

No daughter is this heartless. Yes Kalpi believes that Kamla does not care for her, however, Kalpi's nature is such that she learns to survive without turning agianst the people she loves.

I think Kalpi will do everything in her power to do better than Paakhi and to fulfil her parents' dreams for her. She will however not go out of her way to hurt them.

Yeah I guess you are right, but sending money and the occasional phone is not completely turning against her, because what Kalpi was dealt with is still not right...Neither Kamla nor Pakhi is understanding her feelings.

Kamla is carrying on as if Kalpi is made of steel and had the maturity of a 30 yr old when her Mother saved Pakhi over her and sent her off to boarding school, while Pakhi had her all to herself in her childhood.

Pakhi is borderline insensitive, especially now that she is older she is still acting oblivious to the fact that she hogged the spotlight with Kamla. Now she is making a bet with Kalpi so that Kamla does not leave her household so she has a forever hold on her. Pakhi is not even understanding that Kamla gets humiliated daily as a maid in that household and that no one really wants to be a maid. Just so that she can have her all to herself, she does not care if Kamla is a maid forever. Yes, it is an honest living, if you have to do it, but who really wants that.

Kalpi wants to change her Mother's life, long before she even became jealous of Pakhi. She knows that being a maid at that house especially to Neetu is not wonderful and so she is trying to take her Mother out of the situation. Yes, part of it is also due to her jealousy, but she is human afterall...Just saying.
