Is zoya in iddat?

If zoya is in iddat now isn't she supposed to stay in sm for three months as per Islamic divorce law?
If it is court divorce since its a mutual divorce by now she would be free right?
Can't really understand what's going on? They could have shown it as an invalid nikkah
By seeing the current situation viwers are going mad

they r planning to get asad and zoya in same roof then we will get qazi ka atyachar and rashid ka kameena pan..where zoya will be forced to stay in one room with ayaan and asad would be helpless for the two women around geting degraded every now and then...

Lmfao😆...thy already sign the divorce paper and I guess they already submitted it too...thn how come the court haven't send them any notification saying zoya name doesn't match or they don't have any marriage registered in tht name???... Nothing make sense
