who ever deletes the file its raji 's fault.secret ah athey system la back upeduthu vachuka matal ah ?? before going to presantation wont she check once ?? she is not behaving like professional 😡 yevlo talent irunthalum this type of school girl attitude will lead to problem.

slide la yenna irukkuney she wont show to team mates.if she falls sick on presantation day how can others manage to finish it successfully without knowing wats the content in it ??

Thanks for the update ratna..

It was a tensed and interesting episode for me...

On one hand...vishwanandhan advice to the entire team , especially lakshmi is so so awesome as always...Lakshmi is not right and not wrong too..As a TL and an experienced employee she must do the presentation..but raji was given the chance being a fresher..Raji is studious but innocent too..Vichu has soft corner and according to him..if raji is groomed well..she will rock..Misunderstanding between friend is casual..But if it is jealous...it will result in mistrust..When susan adding fuel to the fire in terms of raji with lakshmi..lakshmi should have given her nose cut..But she failed..Raji is wrong too..When her Product head says not to show to anyone..even if it is her friend..how can she show it..More than career and work what is important???...Raji is not at all able to balance personal and professional life according to me..Karthik always being a rock to raji as a friend , supporting shoulder..surely she will overcome and succeed in presentation..Hope no one suspect here and hope promising next week ahead

@ani client needs teamwork avanga kodukra veliya seyapora team athoda TL ku slides ah katamatenu solurathua athum PH sonaru nu solurathu .ithula friendship yena vanthuchu?? oru team la TL & other teamates yarkumey presantation ah katam ah irykrathu riduculous . if they doubts some one in team may leak info this type of precautions okay but here its not accaptable mistake. proffessionallt its height of stupidity

Anu...if you have been told by your product lead not to tell anything about project...Even he/she is your friend or even husband..you must not say.."We are working for business and not personal things"..They give money of what we work rite...onnum summa freeaa namma work pannala...Raji is right of not and obeying vichu words...This is what people working in IT company must do..If you leak out information and your reporting manager comes to know..he can sake you..You know that?..This is one of the IT rule..

Note:Me and my husband work in same project..Still i dont know what task daily he is being given and he too not aware...Even we in same team...same proj...if you are told...he must not...No offense please..😉😉

@ani i agree but why raji gave back the laptop to lakhsmi ?? is this professional attitude ?? also ani vichu said the team to share the work and asked the team to share it he already gave permission raji can argue with that point .well appo why she gave laptop to lakhs who gave her permission ??

i agree with rules in IT companies but here previous epi vichu scolded the team for not sharing the work with each other?? also lakhs asked her corrections .raji should have explained in professional way .am not supporting lakhs but wat raji did was wrong .she failed professinally to vichu & personally as a friend to lakhs

ani, hiding the information from someone you think will leak nu sollurenga, okay hiding the presentation from others can be accepted but .. is Laksh capable of leaking out? Secondly Laksh was the one who sat with her and did the presentation. There was few corrections pointed out by Kumban and Laksh only wanted to see what the correction was. So there is nothing new to hide about the presentation unless the entire presentation is a new one lolz

Anu has a point that the presentation is a TEAM WORK and how can Raji deny the slides to the TL? If it has to be very private, then there is no need for a team and no need for Kumban to keep checking on Laksh is she had follow up on the presentation. Plus what is the point having TEAM when AB in the same team but A is not allowed to tell B anything but they are working on the same project? 🤔 Its so weird.

I understand rules and stuffs, but what will happen if on the day of presentation Raji has emergency and not availabe? Do you just tell the client oh sorry the person handling the presentation is not around? Obviously the second person takes over right? Rules are meant to be broken if its needed but in this case i doubt Kumban meant her team cannot see nu. Phoduva for the past silly mistake Raji made, Kumban is trying to remind her be careful nu 😉
