Vichu has once again proved that he not only does his job, but also keeps himself aware of the things around him and his juniors. He is really good when it comes to advising people and helping them take the right direction. As usual his advise shud have changed laks's anger toward Raji.

Has Raji gone totally crazy? Based on the update, is she refusing to show the slides to laks? Has she forgotten that laks is the tl and whether she likes it or not she is supposed to show it to her? When did Vichu say to Raji to not show the slides to anyone? Didn't he ask laks if she knew abt the presentation slides or not? So Raji has started lying abt everything like the school kids who hide their homework from other kids. It is so childish and immature and totally unprofessional. Raji certainly has gone overboard and deserves a good knock on her head and a thorough training in office behavior. Ok, after refusing to show the slides, is she again totally crazy to hand over her laptop to laks? Why wud she hand over her laptop to laks? There is a saying " vechcha kudumi, seraicha mottai" and Raji just fits that here. Now, she is not following what advise she received on data security and committing the same mistake again. She could have just emailed laks the copy and asked her to review the slides and did the edits on her own? What if laks lost the laptop or something happened? Somehow, I still hope that after all the advise laks received from Vichu and considering her inherent good nature, she would not have deleted the presentation on the laptop. Her conscience would not let her do this. If at all she did so (Which is a really bad twist that the director is damaging all the characters), she definitely knows that Raji will sure have a back up copy on the server or somewhere to retrieve the content. Also, laks shud know that even Vishnu will hate her for doing such a misdeed. So, I still have a ray of hope that laks will not do such a thing.
