Arjun - Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek - Premonition or Something Else!
Shaleen Malhotra as ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte in Arjun Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek
Dreams. Freudian theories on dreams and interpretations are there for one to understand how human psyche works. Of course, understanding dreams and their connotations is a subject matter that would require another space and time. However, dreams are something that people get and yes we remember some while we forget others.
Dreams, in Freud's view, are all forms of "wish fulfillment" " attempts by the unconscious to resolve a conflict of some sort, whether something recent or something from the recesses of the past (later in Beyond the Pleasure Principle, Freud would discuss dreams which do not appear to be wish-fulfillment). Because the information in the unconscious is in an unruly and often disturbing form, a "censor" in the preconscious will not allow it to pass unaltered into the conscious. - source wikipedia.
Ketan Karande, Shital Shah and Ritu Chauhan in Arjun - Har Yug Mein Aayega ek
Considering these, a lady coming to ETF Team and proclaiming that her random dreams are foretelling a future incident, seemed bizarre and the ever skeptical ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte was not willing to believe a word. The other members Aayesha Kapoor (Shital Shah), Liza D'cruz), Chhotu (Ketan Karande) and Sakshi Anand (Mrunal Thakur), of the ETF Team seemed less inclined to discard her dreams and it became a case to be solved when her dream about the murder of a Gang leader leading to gang war "came true".
As it did not remain a single unrelated incident and her other dreams started coming true, The ETF team had to find out what the connection with her dreams and murders were if any. Will the woman be free of her unusual dreams? Will the ETF team be able to solve the mystery behind the deaths of innocent people?
Watch tonight's episode of Arjun - Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek and solve the mystery alongside the ETF team.
Of course, we can have a discussion post the episode on the same and on dreams at large. Shall we wear the Freudian hats?
Arjun airs every Saturday and Sunday at 8pm on Star Plus.
