As for Saras, He is doing his best to run away from Kumud now .He does not want to face her coz he is afraid of himself. He is afraid that once he feels Kumud is safe ,his barriers will be lowered,His true feelings which he has locked in name of just a helper will resurface and then he wont be able to be in hadd he has decided for himself regarding Kumud

Shana beautifully said! I so want their love for each other to blossom again. I know it's not going to happen the same way as was previously! All that nazre churana and chuppi se Milna...it's like that was the naya pyar wala love and now their love is at a different stage where it's not abt saras craving to hold her and want that physical touch.
