Well Shiv's influence as collector is surely in the play here. Whether he is doing it intentionally or getting it without asking because police and lawyers respect his position are debatable.

He is surely not telling truth because he conveniently omitted facts like Sanchi's restaurant conversation, bribing pundit, initially also threatening suicide as a pressure tactic (main marr jaungi dialogues) etc.

He and his family have omitted several details in their statements. Yet he claims he is only saying truth.

I might have felt bad for him today and will feel bad when he and his family lose the case and he suffers ignominy. But all this shaan will go in drains as dirty linen is washed in public. And truth in its entirety is OUT. More so from Sanchi's own motormouth! 😆

The moment, the Udaypur Inspector asked Jagdish to sign admission paper, a paper descriptive of charges only from collector's family and with a tacit full support by brother Collector- as decided unanimously by entire family, but charges not yet proven in any court of law, the misuse of Power did take place. Obviously Bhirav warned Jagdish not to sign anything.
