Asad is shown as a righteous man and if all the proofs are against him no lawyer could get him out without some lies and bribes... And Asad will not agree to that, he'll rather try searching the proof to prove his point, but being in jail he won't be able to do much... I agree that wealthy people can get away from almost everything, but if that happens there will be no drama and that'll be a wrong message to the society... They would rather show him and Zoya trying to figure thibgs out like common people and not wealthy ones...
