Kumud finally told a shocked Pramad the truth about Saraswatichandra and BD heard it all. In the living room the celebration was going on with Kalika dancing, her face covered and Saras playing the drum.
After hearing the truth, Pramad rushed outside and Kumud followed him. Kalika revealed her face and told the truth about Saraswatichandra being Naveenchandra and his affair with Kumud. She tried to malign Kumud and Saras but the table turned. BD supported his daughter in law, Pramad slapped her and called Kumud his wife in front of everyone.
Kalika was thrown out the haveli. Kumud and Saras finally revealed the whole truth. Pramad decided to fix things and wiped Kumud's sindoor on her forehead. He asked Saras to accept Kumud by filling her "maang". Saras refused and told Pramad off. Kumud too joined it to reassure Pramad that she had left her past behind the day she got married to him. But Pramad left the room. Kumud followed him and the two had a heart to heart conversation. When they came back, SD proposed that they should now leave. Pramad refused and said that he now wanted to start afresh with Kumud and support her. They remarried again in front of their elders and Saras who was still skeptic about Pramad.
After these incidents, Saras and Kumud were still not in their right set of mind. Saras told Danny that he was still not convinced of Pramad's good intentions and moved out. Kumud on the other hand was all lost and confused as she was being able to sketch only Saras' eyes even after trying hard to think of Pramad. She asked for Durga Maa's help and signs.
Saras finally found out the truth about Pramad as he overheard his conversation with Kalika. He was right. Pramad was just faking it. He beat Pramad up and rushed to tell Kumud the truth but Pramad reached there before him. When Saras tried to reason Kumud, she accidently slapped him ( she was trying to release her hand from Saras' grip). She asked Saras to leave her and to give due respect to their relation.
A hurt Saras left but reached a dargah and walked on hot coals and promised to reveal Pramad's truth to kumud since GOD was with him.
The next morning Kumud was leaving with her in laws. Saras reached there on time to see her going away. Pramad smiled sarcastically at him as Kumud had not believed Saras.
Once the BDs left, Saras learnt from Danny that the haveli would be auctioned. He sold the plot of land he bought for the school to b named after her mother's name and saved the haveli. He went away after apologizing again to VC and after telling Danny to look after the Desais.
Pramad on the other hand was acting very good to Kumud and asked her to go out the next day with him. Apparently he had a plan he shared with Kalika. On that day he would kill Kumud and put the blame on Saras.
Finally the D Day was there. Kumud was in her room remembering Pramad telling her how he has changed and she also found the plain "horni" that Saras gave her. Pramad came and they left and just then Saras reached there.
Saras knocked at BDs house to meet Pramad but BD and his wife showed him the door but Alak came to talk to him and accepted to help him. She gave him the car keys to go and find Pramad and Kumud. Saras met Kalika on the road and she gave him a wrong address (as per Pramad's instructuions) but Saras took her along and she was trapped.
On the other hand Pramad and Kumud reached the place where a room was fully decorated for something special between them. Pramad was acting all romantic lifting Kumud and putting her on bed while Kumud was feeling very uncomfortable and when she refused to get cozy with him, Pramad showed her his true colours. He revealed to her how much he hated her and he had planned her death and later to get Saras accused of it.
Pramad put the place on fire and laughed hysterically as Kumud cried. He shut the door from outside and Kumud broke down, holding the white horni and repenting for not trusting Saras. Just then the door was crashed open. Saras was there. He punched Pramad and ran to Kumud and wrapped a blanket around them to protect themselves from the raging fire with Saraswati Anthem playing in the background.
Finally Saras managed to get out of the blazing room with an unconscious Kumud in his arms.

The week ended with another bollywood type waala action - Hero is holding heroine, villain in the background, a pistol in hand, shouting - Sarasss!

Pramad's real intention is revealed to Saras and our hero, his eyes spitting fire, removing his watch calmly and unbuttoning her shirt and moving forward like a feline with so much grace and then cherry on the cake:

And ...giving Pramad a taste of what he would be getting on a regular basis as from now on because Dishumchandra is a very angry man now.
