The song is called Mere Pyaar Ki Umar Ho Itni Sanam, the film is Waaris, it
is orginally sung by Lata Mangeshkar and Vinod Rathod!

I think she means the "Tadap Tadap" music guys. When Shiv is sad or anxious, they play that high pitched music. Its from the movie "Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam".
