Contract marriage and Islam

Is there a really something like contract marriage in Islam. Isn't that like a free pass for living together in sin. All this valid and invalid I'd like a law school where there are laws and people look for loopholes in those laws for thir own purpose. I stopped watching QH so i took up hums afar. It is a very nice play and aim totally into it. But I did not know that in Islam you can marry your first cousin. Is it very common in real life or this is another rule producers play with to push a story forward.

Contract marriage is not the rule in islam...forget contract marriage yaar did gul is showing anything related to islam in QH?...no...only she owned name Qubool Hai...ders nothing related to islam in QH now a days...

there is no such thing as contract marriage in islam. and yes we are allowed to get married to our first cousin and this is very common among muslims.

Contract marriage is a sin... what she is showing is also a sin... there is no accidental marriage in islam... and a wedding doesnt happen just because both said haan... this proves that Gul doesnt know anything about islam... and how cheap concept is that marrying lovers brother and the brother giving consent to qubool that marriage...

What do you mean live in sin? - I am sorry you have most likely offended some people here who don't necessarily believe in marriage. And even if they do it's almost like you are saying that pre-marital sex is a sin.

As for whether a contract marriage is allowed in Islam - a contract marriage has nothing to do with religion. It is a legal contract drawn up by two parties stipulating an end-by fate and/or other provisions which may include money.

It is recognized by law in most countries though it's defined more through a pre-nup.
